I came to England from France in September 2011; which is also about the time I got officially introduced to my first Yoga class. Like a lot of people, I initially was interested about Yoga to get a good stretch. It s fair to say, I had no idea what Yoga would actually bring to my life. I feel even more grateful knowing now the journey I was just starting. Ten years later and... here I am, a qualified and registered Yoga teacher! My journey practicing yoga has been challenging, rewarding, and full of emotions. Progressing from a physical to a mental well-being thanks to allowing myself to pause and be present.

ABOUT ME A Leadership Coach With A Difference I'm now an ICF accredited individual, group and team coach. But that isn't how I started out in life! I'm also a PhD research scientist and I've spent 16 years working in and leading academic and pharmaceutical drug discovery research teams. Most of that time I was thriving, but I reached a turning point where I often felt like I didn't fit, and I didn't know why. In part of my role I felt I was valued and doing well, but in another part I was constantly told to do things a different way and everything felt difficult and frustrating. So when I got the opportunity to train as a coach I jumped at it! Very quickly I realised I had a special talent for coaching. I was surprised to discover that a lot of apparently confident senior leaders struggled at work. and that I was able to help them in a way they had never experienced before. Even in those early days of coaching my clients commented on my calm, relaxing presence that made them feel they could be themself in our sessions and discuss things they never normally shared. The training also involved a lot of self development and group work, which helped me to figure out my situation. I started to understand why I wasn't happy in part of my job, yet loved the other part. A big part of this was discovering the concept of flow.

Given that I like to dig deep and explore my clients’ motivations and aspirations, I figure it is only fair to share a little background about who I am and why I am known as the person who can ‘Unscramble your Numbers’. I consider myself lucky to have grown up in two places: Australia and Canada. While Australia is my home base, I consider Canada my second home, and I try to get back there regularly. There is something about travelling that frees my spirit and opens my mind to new ideas. In my downtime, I’m a voracious reader. Good fiction, business books and Canadian history are my “go-to” genres. I love to cross stitch (you’d think I have enough of counting in my “day job”); I find the repetition soothing, and creating something with my own hands is highly rewarding.
