Dog walking, gardening and cycling are some of the outdoor activities I actively
engage in and I want to help others become more aware of their own wellbeing,
enabling them to identify and implement personal coping strategies. My
background is a rather varied one from being a ski instructor in Switzerland to
working in the private, voluntary and independent sector and more recently in a
Local Authority’s Learning and Development Department as a Workforce Development
Manager. With a proven record of achievements and following a highly successful
partnership with the NHS, who commissioned me to plan and implement a 12 month
training and events programme linked to health and wellbeing, I decided to
create my own company, Brill-Me Ltd. My aim is to support more groups and
individuals with their emotional health and wellbeing through preventative early
intervention and identification. This includes self-regulation and awareness
raising for individuals who can in turn support people around them.
