Our Mission We aim to connect young people with amazing opportunities in the
nuclear industry. Through our excellent mentoring service, we find young
aspiring apprentices, guide them through the selection process, and help them
prepare for interviews - all at no cost to our mentees. We strive to show a
whole new demographic of talented workers that skilled jobs and careers are
within their reach, helping them every step of the way. We observed the lack of
diversity, awareness and attraction to the exciting opportunities in the nuclear
industry today. We wanted to challenge this and channel the large and diverse
talent pool towards exciting early career positions across the industry.
