First Impact Consulting was established as a boutique creative consultancy in
response to the growing need to help people feel more equipped at managing life
changes, both personally and professionally. We seek first to understand people
as individuals. We can then support you to ensure change is targeted
appropriately. We can support you through every step of your change journey;
from upskilling in change management through to helping you deliver and measure
change. Equipped with assessment tools for understanding an individual's unique
way of working, we are able to tap into the people's strengths, weaknesses,
