What is this workshop about? One of the key principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is that it is crucial to help clients see the impact of thinking on emotions. Biased thinking patterns can lead to low mood, high anxiety, low self esteem, anger or a range of other psychological challenges.
