We are a fun, friendly yoga studio located in Newquay, Cornwall with grandstand
views overlooking the world famous surf at Fistral Beach. Whether you are local
or visiting, we always have loads going on for you to try out. We teach various
styles of yoga including Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation,
Restorative Yoga, Beginners Yoga and more. We also run Outdoor Yoga Classes,
Silent Disco Yoga events on the beach, Specialist Yoga Workshops and Courses,
Weekend Yoga Retreats and much more. We now regularly offer as part of the class
schedule high quality LIVE STREAMED and ON DEMAND classes for you to do from the
comfort of your home.
