Skills4Reform is a Social Enterprise and our aim is to provide employability
skills training, support and guidance to prisoners and ex-offenders of any age.
We work with prisons to identify individuals due to be released within 3 months
who genuinely wish to change and work. Upon completion of the programme we help
them find meaningful employment or apprenticeship placements, through our
partners and networks. Our objective is to reduce re-offending, rebuild lives
and rebuild communities and we do this by adopting the following core
principles: Building confidence Empowerment & Accountability Support through
mentoring Training With high unemployment rates in the UK, the statistics for

£13bn a year. Skills4Reform has started to establish and build itself nationally
