Welcome to the home of The Boys’ Network. Whether you’re from a school or a
business, we want to show you how, by working together, we can help improve the
landscape of boys in secondary education. The Boys’ Network offers schools the
opportunity to implement The Gatsby Benchmark in an exciting and innovative way.
The Programme, lasting for 10 months, provides students with regular
opportunities to build on their understanding of attitudes, skills and mind sets
needed to be successful in employment. Students record their learning in a
workbook. This can be used to help prepare for future interviews. It helps them
to stand up and stand-out as they demonstrate knowledge & understanding of
expectations in the workplace.
