DCM was formed by Doug Mulholland, James Mellon and Charlie Raby who all come
from an educational background as Teachers, Senior Leaders and Mentors.
Combined, sharing a wealth of expertise across educational settings including
independent, mainstream, SEMH, primary and Secondary. It became clear that there
was a need for a higher quality supply teacher agency – one that provides a more
personalised service. Focusing on quality rather than just names on a
spreadsheet. This would have been difficult for a national company to achieve.
So, we set up our own independent teaching supply agency to provide first-class
people to local schools.
