Celebrating Diversity Through DanceMovema connect people and communities,
helping nurture a safer and more understanding and tolerant world. Using dance
and arts we give value and support to people who are often overlooked or
marginalised in society. Initially established in Liverpool, and then expanding
to Bristol in 2013, Movema has used dance to strengthen many communities,
providing people with meaningful connections and life changing experiences.
Movema has been operating as a company limited by guarantee since September 2009
and in December 2021 became a charity.
