Co-owners Sarah and David have a vast amount of experience in the catering
industry. At 19, Sarah moved from the North, with Husband David, to work in
London. It’s here they learnt their trade under the guidance of the Roux
Brothers, working within teams of accomplished chefs such as Gordon Ramsay,
Pierre Koffman and Michele Roux jnr. Since then, Sarah and David have travelled
around the world, honing her skills and picking up a variety of techniques along
the way. It was always been a long term dream to move back up to the north and
open up a cookery school.
