Kim also created and wrote the food column for The Argus from 2000 to 2006, so
thinking up new recipes and menus is our speciality. Producing good food is half
the story, the other half is making sure your party is everything you dreamt it
would be. So sitting down with you over a glass of wine and discussing what you
want is just as important. Our clients tell us how much they appreciate this
personal touch, our staff are friendly and professional and we make sure that
your special day, whatever it is, goes without a hitch and you are left with
nothing but happy memories. Our philosophy supports a green business approach.
For over a year we have not used plastic bottles or disposables and we avoid
packaged products. We are particularly proud of our Healthy Eating Award too, we
don’t use any processed or pre-prepared food and use only fresh ingredients.
