Hi, my name is Lian. I live in Winchburgh with my fiancé, Stuart, and my two little girls, Maddie and Connie, and I run classes in the Edinburgh North West areas. I am originally from Manchester and before moving to Edinburgh travelled the world working on a cruise ship. After meeting Stuart, we decided to put down some roots in Scotland and start a family. I attended lots of baby classes with Maddie, she spent most of the time sleeping but for me it was invaluable - being able to chat to other mums going through the same things at the same time. Also, being new to area meant I was able to meet, what have become, lifelong friends. In June 2020 I had my second daughter, Connie, in the middle of a global pandemic. My maternity experience was very different. Not having the opportunity to go to classes and share experiences with other Mums made me realise even more how important these baby groups are, not just for my baby but also for me. So this got me thinking about my future and where my passion was, then I discovered Tots Play and knew I had found exactly what I wanted to do. I wanted to offer the same opportunity for new mums and the experiences I had to Edinburgh North West. I immediately jumped at the chance to bring this fantastic programme to families in the area. My aim is to offer you and your baby a relaxed and friendly environment, where you can spend special time with your little one playing, laughing, learning and bonding together. Each class brings with it a unique structured play programme, where you can share experiences through activities such as baby massage, yoga, music, sign language, sensory play and much more all in one place. We bring hoop to your events and parties, whether it be a hen party, or a black tie event. RoRo is a performer and a qualified teacher who has over 10 years teaching practise and a whole load of hoop experience. Originally self-taught, she now teaches at schools, circus schools, and conventions, as well as running weekly classes, and workshops. We travel often and have teachers all over the UK so no gig, workshop or class is too big or too small. We have esteemed performers nationwide who can provide entertainment and workshops for large-scale events with specialisms in hula hoop, fire, LED and aerial. Our School of Circus sessions provide workshop packages and sessions with an attention on being different from the norm, we have circus, dance, and a whole lot more. Many young people do not experience any aspect of circus as prop for performance or as a physical activity and it is our intention to address this whilst offering something different to the conventional norm. As a performer we show case single and multi hoop tricks, blending circus, dance, and a whole load of pizazz. These can be done according to theme, with other performers (hoop or other), or with LED. Party packages (popular for hen & birthday parties) give you the opportunity to learn and see some impressive stuff, where guests can be entertained, whilst learning and having fun. If you are looking for a new hobby, or are wanting to get serious in the world of hoop, you have come to the right place. It’s fitness, it’s circus, it’s dance, and so much more. Moreover, it is something you can practice pretty much anywhere. All you need is a hoop, a sprinkle of determination, and some space. All classes and workshops are taught by trained professionals, in a supportive and structured environment. We can teach online or in person. My teenage years... IMG_20200922_093644_1.jpg were spent hanging out in the school art department (regardless of what class I was supposed to be in!) and it was there that Mr Alston, my wonderful art teacher directed and nurtured my love of art. Studying Art & Design and then Illustration, was a great foundation to my art career and helped me refine my skills as an artist. But as a naïve graduate, passionately producing illustrations and trying to make it in the freelance world - I soon realised it was going to be more difficult that I thought! I'd been working in Children's Services for 15 years running Youth Participation Projects, managing a Gypsy Roma Traveller Project and delivering a provision of services for the most hard to reach communities. This provided me with the most amazing experiences, as well as allowing me to use my art to benefit these groups. It's been a wonderful journey of learning and a fantastic platform in which to build my business. In 2016 I decided it was time to give up the office job and focus all my time on my community art work. It's been a brilliant time and I'm delighted that I still have daily experiences of working with such amazing people, from our wonderfully interesting communities. I hope that even if it's just in some little way, I am able to make a difference to the lives of those that I work with, through the medium of visual art. Audrey But freelancing for a few years whilst volunteering in the community, opened many new doors and ideas of what I could do with my visual arts. I went on to complete a degree in Community Arts and continued to work with community groups. This is where my love of creating art in the community became well and truly set. My passion for mural painting was formed following the completion of two large scale mural commissions in Scotland. Then with London calling, I completed my next 30 metre indoor mural at a special needs adventure playground in Hackney. In 2007 I was introduced to the medium of mosaic and I just completely fell in love with it!

Magenta Occupational Therapy is an independent occupational therapy practice based in the West Midlands, owned and operated by Louise Baudet. Louise graduated with a first class Honours degree in Occupational Therapy, with a special interest in working with children and young adults with a wide range of mental health difficulties, as well as neurological difficulties. She has worked extensively with children with special needs providing assessments and interventions, as well as reports for EHCP's, DLA/PIP applications etc. Her career includes working for the NHS, as well as the private sector, third tier organisations and also education. This has included a range of settings including Tier 4 inpatient, community, education, Crisis, Eating Disorders, Psychosis and young people with trauma and attachment. She has worked as an Occupational Therapist in both mental health and paediatrics. Louise is registered with the Health Professionals Council (HCPC) and also a Member of Royal College of Occupational Therapy. She is also a member of the Sensory Integration Network and the Association for Psychological Therapies. She continues to do voluntary work to support children and families. Louise has also been a School Governor and worked within education, bringing a knowledgeable perspective to her work when working with schools. She understands many of the challenges and perspectives faced by children, young people and families on a day to day basis. When working with families she advocates a strengths based approach through her work, to ensure that a childs' positive qualities are used as a firm foundation for their future.

After his degree, he worked as a teacher of Science in Blackheath Bluecoat C of E School, also became deputy of the department. Dr Ajeleti undertook his teacher training at Canterbury Christ Church University, obtaining Qualified Teacher Status. He received the grade ‘outstanding’ for his role as a teacher, and this was recognised by Ofsted. During this time, he was still determined to pursue a career in medicine, graduating from the Medical University of Silesia, Katowice, Poland. Dr Ajeleti graduated at the top of his class and is currently training in the London Deanery. Raised in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Dr Ajeleti has made it his duty to encourage young people to get involved in medicine and other healthcare professions. As the co-founder of Modern Day medics, he aims to help prospective medical students from BME backgrounds to reach their full potential. After medical school, he undertook his foundation training in Trent deanery and core medical training in South London. He is currently a gastroenterology trainee in Kent, Surrey & Sussex deanery where he sits on the board for the culture and leadership change team.
