Zumba® is for everybody and every body! Zumba® classes are designed to take the
"work" out of workout, by mixing low and high-intensity moves for an
interval-style dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over,
you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Zumba® is a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness; cardio,
muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Each class offers a real party
vibe and I guarantee you will leave each class with a huge smile on your face.
These classes are suitable for all ages (over 18) and abilities. You don't need
any fitness or dance experience to take part in a Zumba® class. We welcome
beginners, even those who feel that they have little or no co-ordination. All
you need is smile and a willingness to have some fun!
