Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), I am a
qualified trainer, and have nearly twenty years’ experience in designing and
delivering practical training solutions in the finance sector. I’ve worked at
senior management level for a number of years and have helped people on their
learning journeys in the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and Gibraltar. Finding
the right training solution can be tricky – I am passionate about delivering
training that doesn’t just tick the box; my aim is to bring life into the
training room, bring the training into the workplace, and make sure you see the
results of your investment through your people. I love inspiring others to
stretch, to grow, and to build their skills in areas such as service and sales,
leadership and management, and personal development.
