Hatha practice is relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners or clients who
prefer a more relaxed style where we hold yoga poses longer. Hatha includes the
practice of meditation, asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing), and
relaxation, which help bring peace to the mind and body. The regular practice of
Hatha Yoga enhances strength, flexibility, and balance and may offer some light
to moderate aerobic conditioning as well. Other benefits include better sleep,
reduced stress and depression, better health for your neck and spine, and
