Samaras Healthcare Recruitment Ltd

Kington

After working in healthcare, IT and other corporate environments, founders Harsha and Sophia realised they had too many skills and experience between themselves to not set up their own business, after all they were setting up care services for other companies, so why not start our own. If we can make someone else’s business succeed, we knew we can make ours succeed and bring quality and uniqueness as a new start up business from the get go. And this is how it started, Samaras Healthcare Recruitment Ltd was born, through the pandemic.   The founders found a gap in the market from doing social media. Yes we are in fact oldies in the social media world making YouTube, something we never thought we would do as why do people want to sit and watch us!! Harsha & Sophia noticed a gap in the market and everything was pointing to a sign to set this up….with Brexit happening, the pandemic and the health and social care industry in need of support of quality staffing we thought of linking the world together one step at a time; linking overseas workers in the UK with UK clients to try and bring in the quality and cultural aspects of people from all over the world to the world of care. Britain is evolving, with people from all walks of life living and settling in Britain. This also means that our clients are looking for carers from diverse backgrounds.   Samaras Healthcare offers carers to our clients from all types of backgrounds. From British citizens and people who have lived in the UK all their lives, to people from overseas who can bring a bit of difference to our service users lives. They all have one thing in common and something Samaras have built their empire on, which is they are caring and compassionate and are nurtured by Samaras to be the best they can be. Samaras Healthcare Recruitment Ltd, originated from the Directors Surname. As the surname was too long and we did not want it to become a nuisance, we decided to cut this down to half our name, and this is how Samaras was born!!. Samaras Healthcare Recruitment Ltd offers a variety of services with growing ideas all the time. This includes but not limited to:- Support staff to our clients to cover shifts from sickness to long term service Bespoke training to the health and care industry or in leadership & management Overseas cultural training for companies looking to prepare their staff for the working world of the UK e-Learning courses accredited to CPD Youtube content regarding health & social care, business, training & recruitment

Colwyn Bay

In 1983 at a time of record high unemployment a group of local business leaders came together. Their vision? Create an organisation that would enable young people to develop the future skills they needed to obtain work and forge successful careers, while benefiting the community. This organisation became North Wales Training. It steadily grew, responding to local employment challenges. It built strong relationships with private and public sector partners. And it cultivated expert knowledge in the key skills people of the area needed to be successful in modern workplaces. Having already formed a work-based learning partnership with Coleg Llandrillo and Arfon Dwyfor Training Ltd, it was only natural for North Wales Training to partner with the emergent umbrella organisation Grŵp Llandrillo Menai (GLlM) when this was established in 2012. That the Grwp - the largest education provider in Wales - decided to acquire North Wales Training fully in 2018 is a testament to the reputation North Wales Training had earned itself. Over 38 years the company has raised the prospects of thousands of people and businesses on its own and in partnership with leading education providers, always keeping step with the times. It draws on its rich heritage and wealth of experience to offer a comprehensive range of high-quality innovative programmes, training and job opportunities. As we navigate another challenging decade, the staff at North Wales Training continue to work tirelessly in pursuit of the company’s vision, that "all our learners will succeed." THE VISION, MISSION & CORE VALUES Vision All our learners will succeed. Mission North Wales Training is committed to helping people gain skills and qualifications for employability, so that they are equipped for productive, sustainable and fulfilling employment in a modern economy. Core Values LEADERSHIP – Lead by example, embracing change and striving for excellence. INTEGRITY – Integrity is at the heart of all our relationships and everything we do. COMMUNICATION – Build open and honest relationships through communication. EQUALITY – We will embrace diversity in all aspects of our work. SUSTAINABILITY – We will ensure we are resource efficient and our working. INNOVATION – We will continue to be innovative and develop entrepreneurial thinking. I am extremely happy with the service provided by North Wales Training to ATS over the past 3 years. We have recruited a number of young people from the Traineeship Programme. The service is fantastic and Donna has been a great help in particular. I am extremely happy to continue using North Wales Training in the future and would like to thank them for their continued support! ANTHONY BEACH - ATS EUROMASTER Her confidence has grown immensely since she started and completed her level 3 diploma. Being given the opportunity to be a supervisor and to complete her Health and Social Care Apprenticeship training has made a huge difference to her. I believe it is because she has a fantastic assessor who has empowered her to show her full potential. Top marks for all involved, always a pleasure to deal with North Wales Training. Norfolk and Waveney Local Maternity and Neonatal System

Norwich

Everyone in Norfolk and Waveney deserves to live well. That’s why our NHS organisations, councils, public services and voluntary and community partners are working together as an integrated health and care system. We are joining up to tackle all the things that affect our health and wellbeing, listen to the priorities of our communities, local people and patients and tackle some of the biggest challenges we are all facing. Integrated care is about removing traditional divisions between services so people and communities get the support and care that they need. Health and care services in Norfolk and Waveney have been working together closely over the past few years to improve services and provide more joined up care for local people. In Norfolk and Waveney, we have already achieved a lot by working in partnership; this has been strengthened through our response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These changes have been made possible by different organisations – NHS hospitals, GPs, mental health and community health services, local councils, care homes and social workers, voluntary and community organisations and others – joining forces to agree and plan for local people’s needs. As a result of the new Health and Care Act, the Norfolk and Waveney ICS has legal status and includes a statutory Integrated Care Partnership (ICP), and a new Integrated Care Board (ICB) called NHS Norfolk and Waveney, which will replace the area’s clinical commissioning group (CCG). This is a new and exciting way of working, creating a genuine partnership that will make a positive difference to local people and help join up health and social care. This is the culmination of many years of effort to build partnership working across the NHS, local authorities, the third sector and patient groups. We’ve already made significant progress in Norfolk and Waveney over the last few years to improve care and provide more joined up services. The move to integrated care gives us the opportunity to work even more closely with our residents and communities. Working together in partnership we can really help improve the health and wellbeing of people in Norfolk and Waveney and support our brilliant front-line staff.
