At Blackfen school our vision is to raise aspirations and release the potential
of every young person. We do this through our growth mindset culture which

consultant team. As Headteacher at Blackfen school, my passion is that young
people enjoy their success in school, become mature, responsible, independent,
outgoing and disciplined young adults and that aspiring to find and release
personal talent becomes a life-long accomplishment.
