Kick A Habit™ Approach
The approach created by Caroline Anderson NGH, MSc Psychology, BSc Clinical
Hypnotherapy, Dip. Personnel Management, when working with many clients as a
therapist in Harley Street in London, is simple and effective. It is based on
the premise that your habitual way of responding to your world in some area or
multiple parts of your life isn't working for you and that if you want to
experience something better, changing your habitual responses works. It is
