As the owner of DMV Fitness Training Company ltd, I am an assessor, tutor and IV
of a range of qualifications. It has been important for me to be at the centre
of the delivery of all qualifications to ensure all staff and clients get the
best possible experience and become industry ready. After nearly 20 years
experience as a sports teacher, I became involved in apprenticeship delivery;
the first EV said to me when they visited my centre, ‘would you let them train
your mum?’ When someone plants that seed of, is the trainee ready and able to go
into the industry, it makes you know why we are trainers, teachers and
assessors. Industry ready and success is at the forefront of my ethics and
