Pendynas was established in 2018 following the identification of a need for more
academic and care provision to support young people in Cornwall. We provide a
genuinely teacher-led solution to schools’ and the Local Authorities need for
ensuring all young people access educational provision. Our provision has
broadened and we now offer a wider range of services that include: KS2 Student
Support KS3 - KS5 Tuition in a range of subjects Functional Skills Maths,
English and ICT ASDAN Short Courses and Qualifications Wraparound Care and
Enrichment Activities The Prince's Trust TEAMS Mentoring & Coaching Enhanced
transition work Adult Training Courses / CPD We pride ourselves on being organic
in our approach to young people where they are central to the provision which is
built around them. From our hubs in Redruth, Cornwall and Derriford, Plymouth we
are able to cover all geographical areas in Cornwall and West Devon. Pendynas is
an approved provider of Cornwall Council and Plymouth City Council. We are proud
to work jointly with a range of organisation. Within our Plymouth hub we work
with Leadership for Life and between us we are able to resource, design and
deliver agile education support packages that meet the ever changing needs of
young people.
