I am delighted to welcome you to our school website. We are very proud of our
school and delighted to share our news, our achievements and our work with you.
St. Gabriel’s RC Primary School and Nursery Class serves the town of Prestonpans
and the surrounding area with pupils being transported from Cockenzie, Port
Seton and Longniddry. The majority of our pupils transfer to Preston Lodge High
School. The school dates from 1967, a large scale internal improvement and
extension was completed during session 2005-2006 including the construction of a
new Nursery to accommodate 50 children in the morning and 50 in the afternoon.
