Peter Reznikov has dedicated his entire professional life to excellence in education. After graduating from Moscow State Linguistic University in 1991, he was invited to work in the UK as a teacher of Russian and in the same year he opened his educational consultancy PRINCE (Peter Reznikov International Centre for Education) which, for more than 25 years, has been helping children from all over the world gain access to the UK’s leading private schools, colleges and universities. Throughout his 25 year career in British education, Peter has taught in various private and state schools teaching both boys and girls. In 1998 he became the Head of the Russian Department at Eton College, the first Russian national to do so in the prestigious school’s 575 year history. In his 17 years at the helm of the Russian department at Eton (1998-2015) the number of students studying Russian rose from just 13 to 130. More than 50 of them successfully gained a place at Oxford and Cambridge Universities, as well as other leading Universities in the UK, USA, France, Holland and Germany. Peter also worked for the London Examination Board (currently EDEXCEL) for over 10 years, starting as a script-marker and becoming a Principal Examiner setting papers and overseeing the marking teams, as well as monitoring the overall quality and comparability of the GCSE and A-level Russian examinations which are widely used in the UK and in British schools abroad. Peter is the author of a number of Russian teaching materials and articles on Russian language, literature and cinema. He has co-authored several Russian text-books which are widely used by teachers and students in the UK and abroad. He has made appearances on Russian and British television, Internet, radio and other mainstream media sources on a variety of educational issues. He actively follows the rapidly-changing world of educational thinking and policy, regularly visits different schools, colleges and Universities in the United Kingdom and other countries and his PRINCE continues to provide educational services to people from over 20 countries.

We have grown to be one of the lead security companies in London and around the UK, known for our professionalism and drive for service delivery and quality. One of our key benchmarks for recognition in achieving our goals were the AEO Excellence Award for Security for 1998, 1999, 2000 & 2001 when the award ceased to be one of the categories. The Energis Customer Care Award & Investor in People standard in 1999. We have since achieved, from 2008 Approved Contractor Status with the SIA (Security Industry Authority). We have continued to excel and were recently nominated for best security company at the Event Productions Awards and Best Newcomer for one of our managers which was a great accolade for the team. I am 25 years old and football is and has been my life since the age of 6. My first real taste of football was an after school club at the Gilberd School. This was where my passion for football ignited. I had been attending the club for approximately a year when one of the coaches recommended me to Colchester United. I knew I had a real talent from the amount of attention I was receiving and my passion for the game continued to grow. Soon after, I was invited to attend ACP sessions (Advanced Coaching Programme), which is a group of players that have been scouted, training together hoping for a chance to trial with Colchester United’s Centre of Excellence. Whilst I was training with the ACP, I was also playing for Lexden Saints. I was very happy here and my skill set along with my natural ability was expanding. At the age of 8, I was selected to trial with the Colchester United U9's. MY TRIAL WAS SUCCESSFUL! I signed for Colchester United and joined the U9’s. I was lucky enough to remain part of the club all the way through the youth system through to signing my first professional contract when I was 18. The main highlights of my career to date have to be, scoring 4 in a match against QPR when I was 9, and playing for the first team in pre-season friendlies. After being released, I signed for Heybridge Swifts, I then had 2 spells with Stanway Rovers. I am now playing for AFC Sudbury. I have set up The Marley Andrews School of Soccer to bring my skill, technical knowledge and passion of the game to children and help them develop as I did, nurturing any and all natural talent. As for my game, I believe that I have the ability and passion to play at a professional level and will be pursuing this alongside MASS.

Teaching has always been Lian’s passion. At the age of 18 Lian started teaching dance which developed into establishing her own highly successful dance school Learning Curves Dance which she ran for 20 years. Lian has had numerous highlights during her teaching career from choreographing team performances at London theatres including Her Majesty’s Theatre, Sadler’s Wells and The Royal Albert Hall and Birmingham performance venues such as the NEC and the Symphony Hall. She has also travelled with her students overseas to Europe and Asia performing at Disneyland Paris and Beijing Theatre, China. Lian has trained over 500 students for team performances, prepared over 3000 students for 32 IDTA examination sessions and received Freestyle Scholarship Awards nominations for 5 professional candidates and 18 amateur students. She has judged at numerous ADFP Freestyle Dance Competitions, including the prestigious international Disco Kid Competition at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom. Lian was honoured to lecture for the IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association), hosting amateur and professional workshops. She has produced, directed and choreographed over 16 theatre shows, raised over £10,000 for charity, formed the successful Performing Arts Project with sister school StarStruck Performing Arts Academy, taught GCSE dance at Arden School, cultivated successful relationships and taught classes in over 16 Primary and Secondary Schools in Solihull and Warwickshire and launched a second Dance School in Southam, Warwickshire. After further professional development and with a keen interest in anatomy and physiology, Lian qualified to train candidates to professional teacher level. To date she has trained 26 individuals to professional dance teacher status, 5 of whom have received IDTA Scholarship nominations and 1 student who has gained the 2020 John Dilworth Scholarship in the Freestyle category. Now Lian has added yoga to her long list of qualifications and is a Yoga Alliance Professional 250 hour qualified Teacher. Lian enjoys teaching Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. Lian successfully teaches online and face to face classes. Yoga and dance complement each other beautifully and through her training Lian can bring elements of each discipline to enhance her teaching.
