The LFI offers a unique education. From primary school on, the pupils are immersed in a multicultural and bilingual environment. Innovative and creative teaching programmes allow the children to be educated in favourable learning conditions. LFI follows the teaching programmes of the French Department for National Education, while taking into account the local environment and the pupils themselves. Mastery of the French language, the teaching language, and its expansion are at the heart of the syllabus. Workshops for small groups in the primary school and junior cycle allow the pupils for whom it is not their mother tongue to make rapid progress. In the same way, the modern languages policy emphasises English, the language of our host country. Every pupil from the youngest up follows an individual progression. In 5e (First Year), the pupils join the Eurocampus, run jointly with our partner St. Kilian’s. French, German, Irish and other pupils take classes together. At the end of 3e (Third Year), the children sit two exams, the French Diplôme National de Brevet (DNB) and the Irish Junior Certificate. In this way LFI as a school develops European citizenship every day and offers its pupils a real road to success. In the classes of senior cycle, the pupils can continue an international programme with the European Section or the International Section (Option Internationale du Baccalauréat, OIB section américaine).

Soccer Chance Academy (SCA) uses the power of soccer to inspire young people, through their development both on and off the field. Players at SCA are encouraged to be creative problem solvers and diverse thinkers in an unconditionally supportive environment. The SCA development team offers players a patient and individualistic approach in order to foster a passion for the lifelong game of soccer. Innovation is sourced and celebrated by each coach at SCA. Sessions are characterized by variety, challenge, decision-making, ownership, chaos, and individuality. Coaches are committed to minimum interference and maximum impact so that players are free to express themselves in all areas of the field, irrespective of consequence. Inclusivity and community are at the core of SCA; we make every effort to create a climate that is non-judgmental, supportive, and collaborative. The SCA development team is also invested in providing parents with consistent communication and regular educational workshops, creating a positive learning experience for all. In 2008 Jo met and took refuge with Dharma King Dechan Jeuren – MahaVairocana Buddha, lineage bearer of the Esoteric and LinJi Chan schools in China. She received her Dharma name – Zhi Ling. In April 2015, the MahaAmita Temple was opened by the Mayor of Southend-on-Sea. The only Buddhist Temple in the Borough, Jo was then invited by the Mayor to present the Buddhist flags to him at the Southend Borough Annual General Meeting, which he accepted on behalf of the Borough. In 2016 she was invited to become the Buddhist representative for SACRE (Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education) for the Southend Borough and currently sits on the panel. The Founding Director of the Centre, Jo is an ordained Buddhist teacher and runs meditation and healing sessions weekly and Mindfulness courses monthly. She is a huge advocate of teaching and promoting the benefits of meditation and visits schools, groups and organisations within the local community giving talks and workshops. Her personal philosophy is to be as honest and truthful as possible and specialises in teaching how to open up the heart centre. The training sessions are tailored for each client on a one to one basis or in small groups and cover Confident Communication, Presentation Skills and Media Training. Recognised as a member of the Professional Speaking Association (PSA), and full member of the actor’s union Equity, he has developed exceptional training skills. As a presenter on television, video, radio and stage, he’s appeared in documentaries, corporate videos and commercials in the UK and USA. He’s currently the senior journalist for Business Reporter, where he has interviewed over 500 business leaders. Alastair is also an event host, master of ceremonies and moderator, having hosted conferences, charity auctions, dinners and award ceremonies in the UK and Europe. A farmer’s son from north Cornwall, Alastair spent 16 years leading a team of over 100 professionals on Cruise Liners, such as QE2 and Queen Mary 2, while being the face and voice of numerous training videos for three different cruise lines. He also represented the cruise industry as a spokesperson on media road shows and press conferences.

I’m the eldest of three girls, and as we were growing up, our mum made wedding dresses, upholstered furniture and created most of our clothes on her sewing machine. So I think it was inevitable that one of us would grow up with a creative streak. I’ve always enjoyed making things, not all of my ventures have been successful, but since moving into our current house and being somewhat uninspired by the range of beige lampshades on offer on the high street, I decided to learn how to make my own. Since that day I’ve become addicted. I feel lucky to have found a way to combine my love of beautiful fabrics with interiors – and spread the lampshade love to homes across Yorkshire and beyond. It’s something I take great pride in. I’m passionate about helping clients find that perfect fabric to match their new scheme and make them something unique – something they couldn’t find on the High Street. I also love teaching people how to make their own, on my lampshade making workshops – the smile as their lampshade starts to take shape is priceless. Youth Engagement Solutions Ltd (YES) is a charity based in North West London, formed in the summer of 2015, after previously existing as a project within a parent charity. We work from our office in Wembley, but deliver across NW London and beyond. Our Aims YES aims to improve the lives of young people aged 10-30 , from all backgrounds, across the capital. We do this through: Employment Enterprise Education Mentoring Health & wellbeing for individuals and families Physical activities and football / football coaching Enrichment programmes and intervention Highly rated sports and educational workshops What Makes YES We work on the ground with every customer to watch them thrive, grow and cheer them on! Our Objectives To improve social mobility and community cohesion among 10-30 year old Londoners from disadvantaged backgrounds, by: Increasing youth access to employment through support, training and education – Over 260 jobs secured since 2016. Promoting and supporting physical & mental health and wellbeing of young people. Reducing offending, re-offending and antisocial behaviour – Over 400 young people aged between 4-17 have been involved in our prevention youth projects. Providing opportunities for young people to positively affect their surrounding environment through work experience, projects and education. Challenging young people’s attitudes and the stigma attached to accepting help. Developing Cricklewood Wanderers Football Club through the English Football League System or “Football Pyramid”.

New Ashgate Gallery, a non-profit making trust, cultivates the pursuit of excellence in a marketplace environment, with support to emerging artists, by exhibiting work and through professional development. We promote the creative process for all communities through workshops, talks and outreach work. We provide an unparalleled resource in Farnham, Surrey and beyond. History In doing all this we have a direct line of continuity with our beginnings. Elizabeth Naydler, who founded the Gallery in 1959, had aspirations to bring quality art to Farnham, with the first provincial exhibitions of nationally and internationally known sculptors and artists such as Henry Moore, Anthony Caro, Elizabeth Frink, Barbara Hepworth, Picasso, Sandra Blow, Mary Fedden, Peter Blake, whilst at the same nurturing local talent and helping the careers of the next generation of artists and crafts people through exhibitions, sale of work and prizes and scholarships. The Gallery moved into Waggon Yard in 1966 - in 2016 the Trust celebrated its 50th anniversary in the 17th century Grade II building in in the centre of the Farnham Craft Town. During the years, the gallery has administered the profits from craft and art sales to create prizes and scholarships, and for the purchase of artworks for local and national museums. It was one of the first provincial galleries to show artists with an international reputation as well as supporting local talent.

As you may have guessed my passion is Ceramics and especially the hand building techniques such as ‘coiling’ and ‘slab building’ which I than carve back at the leather dry clay stage. I am intrigued by the Raku firing technique although Stoneware firing is a also a strong process in the finishing technique of my work. I like to classify myself as a Ceramicist rather than a Potter as I tend to think of a potter as artist that competently uses the wheel to produce functional work. I always find it hard to describe my work as it varies so much and takes it insperation from so many areas and influiences and these change regularly, one thing for sure is that I have more ideas in my head than I’m ever going to be able to make. As well a exhibiting locally and nationally I also teach and run workshops for Raku Firing and handbuilding. As I build my own Raku kilns I can now offer this as a service, so if you are interested please get in contact. I have been lucky to make some great friends through ceramics along the way and have to thank them all for enriching my life and saving me from complete madness.
