We are the UK’s specialist recruitment agency with a difference; we are Run by Clinicians For Clinicians! Our locum placements are available across the United Kingdom. NHS Clinical Staffing Framework Approved; Azile Medical are the recruitment team for you. We specialise in providing top quality Medical and Care workers to conscientious and people-centered Providers looking to meet their staffing needs. For our Providers we provide a safe, fair and fully compliant service. We actively seek out providers who champion patient care, demonstrate a track record and willingness to give back to society; particularly to members of their local community. We will go above and beyond the point of call for our providers and expect our clinicians to be remunerated fairly for their work whilst not having their inherent goodwill taken advantage of. We believe that health and social care should be delivered at value for money; not for providers to be milked for every pound of flesh. For our Clinicians, we alleviate the administrative burden of managing their multiple job assignments. We champion a healthy work life balance and support them in relieving the stress of making enough to pay the bills and care for loved ones when transitioning into a more flexible model of working. We provide opportunities for them to get involved in charitable work without losing significant time from work. In the AM team; we are front-line clinicians who are passionate about people. We love what we do and look forward to going to work everyday. We are spouses, partners; carers of relatives, parents to ever growing, ever demanding but adorable children. We are committed lifelong volunteers and actively involved in our local church. We are Doctors. We are Nurses. We are proud of the NHS. And perhaps most importantly we ourselves have experienced the system as patients and pride ourselves in sourcing staff who want to provide the best quality care.

I’m Andrew Cooper and I am the Chief Executive Officer of South East Essex Academy Trust. I am incredibly proud to lead a team of passionate, dedicated and talented staff and I feel privileged to be playing a big part in the future success of children across South East Essex from the age of 2 to 18. What's great about our family of seven schools is that we can be with a child every step of the way, from teaching them to tie their shoe laces right through to congratulating them on their GCSE and A level results and discussing their future plans. That puts us in a unique position; it’s also a tremendous responsibility. I hope you will share my excitement and optimism about what we can achieve by working together and helping each child to reach their full potential. Without doubt, the children are at the heart of everything we do. We will make the most of our unique family of schools to give every child the best possible opportunity to flourish and develop into a decent, disciplined, well-educated and employable young person. We also want to make a real and lasting difference to the communities within which we work. That’s why our mission is to raise and sustain educational standards in our schools through high aspirations for all. We are a friendly, collaborative family of schools and we believe that all the schools in the family have become significantly stronger since working together as part of SEEAT. We are looking to grow in a measured way over the next few years. If you are interested in joining us, we would be happy to talk to school leaders and governors about your options and to share how we believe the South East Essex Academies Trust could make a positive difference to the pupils, staff and families in your school. It's good to talk, so whether you would like to exchange an email, talk on the telephone or arrange a visit, we would love to hear from you.

David Kendrick-White - PADI Course Director

david kendrick-white - padi course director

Way back in 2002 I took my first breath underwater using scuba equipment. I absolutely loved it! A couple of years later I was in the car with my mum when we went past a sign that said 'Learn to scuba dive today!' We had booked the experience before we got home! A couple of months later I was given a voucher for the PADI Open Water Diver course. We travelled up to Stoney Cove in November 2004 for what I mainly remember as a very cold experience. I was soon a qualified Junior PADI Open Water Diver! I eventually signed up for my DiveMaster course in 2011 - the first professional level when you begin taking responsibility for other divers' training! I loved helping with courses and seeing the sense of achievement on peoples' faces - I could really relate to it - however, I was soon convinced to sign up for my instructor course. I've been a PADI Course Director since 2018 and have had the pleasure of teaching candidates from all walks of life and being just a small part of their journey to what might become a full-time career. I love teaching the professional courses but feel just as comfortable teaching a DSD or Seal Team Course (I am still a child at heart!) If you join an IDC with me, you'll benefit from tailored scheduling to suit your availability and a CD who uses the latest and most up to date tools from PADI to teach you. I am passionate about being inclusive and believe that 'one size definitely does not fit all'. I've had the privilege of instructing in quite a few places around the world, teaching in Egypt, Spain, Kenya, and various countries in the Caribbean. Although by far not an expert in all these different regions, I've learnt a lot about the specific challenges that various areas face.

My name is Joe Turnbull and I have been angling since I was about 13. I first found out about such an amazing beautiful pastime when my uncle took me to the local river, armed with a small box of maggots and little bag of brown bread crumb to use as ground bait. After that first encounter catching some good roach, I was simply hooked and I had found something that I was quite good at. From that first experience I went on to enter a few matches, however, I’ve never really been competitive, so from there on I generally enjoyed my pleasure fishing for all species, which has seen me venturing all around the country angling at many different venues. After some years of allround specimen angling, my one true love fell for carp angling, along with the wonder and amazement that it holds. fishing-tv Why Bait?…Archie Braddock’s supplied a mix of herbs and spices, along with Richworth and Rod Hutchinson that had a range of ‘off the shelf’ boilies and flavourings. I was intrigued, as many people still are, by being able to mix all sorts of concoctions and seeing if I could get a fish to feed on it. After years of playing with baits and ingredients, a part of a life long dream became a reality as I was given a monthly feature in the biggest and longest running carp magazine, Carpworld and sister magazine, Crafty Carper. Successful angling is all about consistency. If you get good at that, you're more than half way there. carp-tuition Why carp angling tuition?…Over the last couple of years or so I’ve been asked on many occasions about supplying some kind of tuition service for carp angling but not really being the type to ‘blow my own trumpet’ so to speak-I declined the idea for a while but then imagined that it would actually be really nice to pass on my experience and knowledge that I’ve gained over the years.

About Ever since we opened our doors in 1993 we’ve provided cost-effective recruitment solutions for schools and helped teachers find their dream jobs. We love what we do but more importantly, we’re good at it, which is why 24 years down the line and 11 offices later, we’re still going strong. We’ve placed thousands of education professionals in permanent and temporary positions nationwide into our partner schools. We also have the Pertemps Network Group to thank for our success, as due to our collaboration and their many years of experience, we have been able to follow suit and offer high quality recruitment solutions to the wider education sector. We’re all about education and we pride ourselves on our amazing family of specialist consultants who share the same passion. In fact, many of our consultants come from teaching backgrounds, so you can trust that they know exactly what they’re doing, as they know first-hand about the demands of working in education. That is why support, advice and a friendly ear is guaranteed when you choose us. We’re unlike any other agency - we really don’t care for targets and we certainly won’t treat you like a number. We get to know each and every one of our teachers and schools individually, as not only do we value loyalty and long-lasting relationships above all but by getting to know you it helps us do our job to an even higher standard, meaning everyone is happy! If it’s not teaching staff that you’re after, we can provide non-teaching candidates to schools including but not limited to finance, office admin and support. All educators we supply have surpassed safeguarding standards in line with APSCo’s Compliance+ standard since 2013. We have many alternative establishments for our teachers too, so if you don’t fancy working in a mainstream school, we have nurseries, colleges and other educational establishments across the UK waiting for you.

My work invites meditation upon nature and its relationship with colour, light and movement. As I draw or paint, I gradually unravel the underlying qualities of balance and harmony within my subject matter. What interests me most is observing the formation of line and pattern: from the blades of grasses to a bird’s feather; from the shifting of clouds to the beat of my heart; from the maps of stars in heaven to the trunk of an old oak tree. I continuously strive to reveal beauty and elegance within the natural rhythm of life and look to my art as a place of well-being, empowerment and inner peace. The materials I love to use are water-based pigments, powders, and Japanese black ink. These are natural and organic and are deeply connected to earth and nature. They afford a rich palette of hues and allow for both extreme precision and flow of movement. I am captivated by the way they blend together and create a whole that is more than its' individual parts. Occasionally, I also add hints of gold and silver, as these reflect light differently at each hour of the day, changing the glow of the work from within. Japanese Ink Painting Instructor & Artist, Talia Lehavi - Standing with a brush in front of Notes on Pine collection in Mallorca Studio My work is an attempt to find and enjoy a moment in time. The materials I use embrace that moment, echoing their mark on the paper or canvas, and becoming eternal for a short while. I am keen to explore images that can stand the test of time, that would still be of fascination in years to come, and yet are potent in the here in now. I hope that others understand my work with their hearts and emotions; that they are touched and moved by it, and that it evokes a sense of balance, hope, and joy.

Jane Austen College

Norwich

Welcome to Jane Austen College's story. Jane Austen College is a wonderful English and humanities specialist school, of which I am proud to be Principal. Jane Austen College provides an excellent academic education for all its students but it also does a lot more than that. All of our students have the opportunity to develop as rounded, confident young people, exploring their personal interests and developing new passions. Through all that we do our aim is always the same: to provide the best education we can for our young people. I believe passionately that all children have the potential to succeed in life, and that school should give them the opportunity to do just that. Our excellent pastoral support system ensures that our students are helped to do their best and are happy in school – every day. Our student leadership opportunities also help students to develop self-awareness and social confidence. Great outcomes are possible when students are happy and feel challenged and fulfilled; fantastic things can be achieved when students have the best possible teaching. Our school values are - work hard, be kind, take responsibility, and we encourage our students to adopt these values in everything they do. Our slightly longer school day ensures that our students have time for a high-quality academic curriculum, independent study time, and a range of clubs and activities. We want them to find their school day stimulating and engaging and develop a real love of learning. Our motto is to develop our knowledge and character so that we lead great lives. We make no apology for challenging our students and having high aspirations for them. We also have high expectations of our staff – our students deserve it. Students and staff at the Jane Austen College work hard but every day is rewarding and inspiring. I look forward to meeting you and working with you to make your child’s future a successful and exciting one.

Sharif Adams

Hi and welcome. I handcraft simple wooden spoons, bowls and pots for everyday use using age-old traditional tools and techniques. I sell my wooden ware at artisan crafts markets and I teach to small groups or on a one to one basis. I also work on a commission basis so there's always plenty to do. My interest in working with wood started in 1998 when I studied violin making at London Guildhall University for three years. I later went on to work with an antique furniture restorer near High Wycombe. While I learned a lot from both these experiences, it was not until I discovered the joy and creative freedom of working with green wood that a little voice in my head quietly said, ‘this is it!’. The bowls I sell are turned on a treadle lathe/pole lathe; an archaic machine, simple to make and maintain, using human energy to keep the work piece revolving. In the middle of winter the best way to keep warm is to turn a few bowls. I cut all of the wood for my bowls and spoons with either a chainsaw, bow saws or large one man cross cut saws. The tools I use for bowl turning are hand forged. I enjoy forging almost as much as I enjoy working with wood. Sometimes I carve bowls using the same tools I use for carving spoons; axes and knives, with the addition of a small adze for hollowing. These are very different in form to the turned bowls and usually I will only make these for sale on request. I do all my work in an old Devon barn, on beautiful Dartmoor where I live. I love to cook good, simple, healthy meals and enjoy foraging for wild foods. I’m always well entertained; watching the wildlife in the woods is so much better than watching the TV. In the evenings I enjoy playing my battered acoustic guitar or the fiddle; the former less badly than the latter.

We are a London-based tuition agency whose focus is the provision of quality, young and dedicated tutors in South and central London. We stand out by using youthful bright academic students, often in University, who have a raw passion for instilling knowledge in those of younger years. youthempowermentThe result is a team of enthusiastic, professional young adults with a vision, without a means to materialise it. We are a medium from them to you, the client. Our tutors are chosen very carefully so that we provide the highest level of service possible. We make sure that every tutor is fully vetted and has an Enhanced DBS Criminal Background check [Formerly Enhanced CRB Checks]. Those on the DBS Update Service we re-check at interview. We interview ALL applicants personally. There is no such thing as too much safety. Why us? Personal attention is key at Scholarly. We acknowledge and recognise different learning styles with each student specific to the subject. Some subjects favour certain learning styles over others. With this in mind, we specifically match each tutor to the criteria of the learner. Therefore, our tutors don’t just act as an academic but rather a mentor. Innovation fuels Scholarly. With our tutors still in education, this provides a more responsive and engaging experience. Furthermore, all our tutors attend Russell Group Universities so are at the forefront of research and innovation of whatever field their in, daily. This gives students an insight into where their skill set can get them. Our tutors have excelled in their GCSE’s as well as A-Levels. Therefore, this creates an ideal tutor who can advise based on the first-hand experience. ‘Experience is the teacher of all things’ downloadLastly, we love to invest in the future generation. Politics In Action

We are delighted to welcome our new Executive Director Paul Smyth, who comes to us with a wealth of experience and a strong reputation for ground breaking youth work. I am thrilled to have taken up the post of Executive Director with Politics in Action – and I want to start by congratulating my predecessor Patricia O’Lynn on her election to the Northern Ireland Assembly. We live in a turbulent time for politics around the world, nationally and locally – and this makes the work of supporting young people’s role as active citizens more challenging and even more important. We are emerging from a global pandemic which has put unprecedented restrictions on the lives and freedoms of young people, and which has impacted their learning, their social lives, their relationships and for some their mental health. Politics in Action responded proactively to these challenges by moving workshops online and ensuring continuity. I am optimisticwe can return to largely face-to-face delivery of our programmes with young people in schools and other settings, and can find new ways of engaging with more young people and in particular those who are not normally invited into conversations about politics and citizenship. Much of what we already do is in collaboration with schools and with other youth organisations. I see so much potential for additional collaborations that allow our little charity to punch above its weight. One of the many attractions of the role is the excellent Board of Trustees who provide strong governance, leadership and vision for Politics in Action. They bring significant social and political capital to the charity and use it in the interests of young people and our shared future. I would love to hear your ideas about how Politics in Action should direct our energies over the coming months and years. Feel free to drop me a line and I am always up for a coffee and a creative chat!
