range from large scale program or process interventions sponsored by human
resources, to advice and guidance for individual leaders. We pride ourselves in
being a diverse team that brings a wide range of different consulting and life
experiences and perspectives to each and every assignment. Our history The firm
was founded in 1998 by Dr. Renee Bellamy Booth, an industrial organizational
psychologist with extensive experience and background in human resources, both
in consulting and as an internal head of Human Resources for a major financial
services organization. Dr. Booth spent 12 years at Hay Management Consultants in
Philadelphia, where she helped establish and grow the human resource planning
and development practice. Upon leaving Hay, Dr. Booth was the Vice President and
General Manager of the Philadelphia office and a partner in the firm.
