DY3 Solutions designs and delivers high level workplace skills programmes and
also provides conflict resolution and mediation programmes. DY3 Solutions was
originally founded by John Dooner back in July 2003 as Coady Consultants. For
over a decade now, the company has provided training and development services
including coaching and mentoring to companies in the West Midlands as well as
across the UK. We believe that the components of an emotionally healthy life are
firmly grounded in the human precepts of integrity, compassion and wholeness. We
understand the importance of a positive working environment and healthy regard
for ourselves and others. Our mission is to help companies to cultivate those
environments. Our activities are designed to enable all of our clients to
achieve a better understanding of themselves and how they interact with others.
