I launched Apples Learning Solutions LTD in March 2015, after over a decade working in Learning. Underpinned by the EASE methodology and with a vision to make learning easy, always. Since then I've continued my love of designing and developing exceptional experiences and I've done this while working as a Contractor, Freelancer and Supplier to some of the biggest companies in the world. Not to mention launching our Online Learning Store, launching ALS Coaching and in Summer 2020 starting the process of taking all of our Facilitated learning online, to help people everywhere to continue to learn, grow and develop anytime. So how do I do what I do? Firstly, it's worth pointing out that I rarely do it alone. When I'm working with a client on a Contract basis, any success I have is only possible because of the work the Client's team supports. When I'm supplying Learning Products (either Digital, Virtual or Classroom) I'm supported by an amazing graphics designer and her creativity to bring to life even the most abstract of concepts. And when I work as a Leader or Partner on major client projects I'm supported by other experts in Learning through an extensive network of on-demand Facilitators and Designers.

Alexandra was born in the USA and spent her formative years in London and Glasgow. Her musical abilities were recognised from a very young age and she began having regular piano and vocal lessons at the age of four. Alexandra had the honour of being the youngest singing student to be accepted at the prestigious Junior Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London. Whilst studying there, she benefited from singing lessons, vocal workshops and master-classes with both formidable voice teachers and visiting leading professionals. This early exposure to such a high standard of coaching was a great source of inspiration for an aspiring young soprano. Alexandra was invited to attend the Association Of Teachers Of Singing training course for four consecutive years, which provided her with a solid foundation for developing her own teaching technique which she loves to share in her own teaching lessons. Having always had a special love of Scotland, it seemed to be a natural progression for her to complete her studies at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, Glasgow (now known as The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland) where Alexandra was awarded her Bachelor of Music with Honours Degree. Now based in Central Scotland and accessible from Falkirk, Stirling, Glasgow amd Edinburgh, Alexandra enjoys working as a freelance singer (soprano) and singing teacher. She is currently delighted to be working with Music in Hospitals and Care (MiHC) with whom she has regular concert engagements and tours.

One thing I can be sure of, I absolutely love supporting people to get the most out of themselves. I hold an advanced certificate in executive coaching along with many other training courses. I am also a qualified Social Worker. I have a background of over 18 years in children's social care, with over 10 years of those as a Social Worker, and manager. I've worked with 100s of people who have struggled in their lives in some way shape or form. I'm a straight-talking coach, kind and empathetic, but not here to be a friend. I am not a mentor, this means that I do not profess to be an expert in anything, I am however very knowledgeable and skilful in asking powerful questions and provide my clients with the thinking space they need to think something they have never thought before. After years of working a corporate job in Canary Wharf London, I realised that there is a pressing need to change our relationship with the world of work. There is a need to slow down, to stop and allow ourselves just to be. to be light was inspired by my own mother, who was also a friend on my journey to find stillness, where I also found my sparks of creativity, sense of security and endless joys. My journey was a process that I could never have done alone. Through my daily practice of Kundalini yoga and meditation, I have found myself to build mental resilience, develop a deep inner joy, learn to live by my heart. Like my mother, I am not a guru nor a teacher, I am just an inspirer, a supporter and a friend. My goal is to inspire and help others to navigate their own self-discovery in the midst of the hustle bustle in life. I long to connect, to see, to know you as you are, wherever you are at. Through yoga, meditation, Aroma Point Therapy, sonic sound alchemy, it is my commitment to show up with the fullest of heart. Everyday, I invest time and energy into my own personal practice, to embody everything I’ve ever dreamed of for this world. So when we meet, the light is contagious. Well Minerva was the Goddess of Art & Trade and she seemed a very appropriate figurehead for a business based around sharing knowledge about art. What do we do? Our interests. We stock Annie Sloan & Polyvine Paints - available for Click & Collect. Founded by Artist Lottie Cole we host masterclasses taught by artists and artisans as well as regular weekly classes. All the classes are taught by professional full-time practitioners, who love to share their knowledge and skill. The classes are open to all levels, unless stated, and kept to a very limited number. This keeps the classes intimate and allows for everyone to have sufficient help and encouragement in a friendly atmosphere. As well as learning and expanding skills our goal is to send participants away refreshed and invigorated by sharing a creative experience. Kids love our after school clubs. Parents do too. At Trinity After School Club we are proud of the exciting and stimulating childcare we offer. We understand each child is different and that they want to get involved in different things. Every day there are planned arts and crafts activities, outdoor games, and quiet time for reading or to do homework. All the children get involved in planning the activities and outings at the after school clubs. They bring new ideas or develop initiatives suggested by the staff. The kids make sure we do interesting things and get involved in the community – from a tooth brushing project, writing a song and a performance on anti-bullying to building relationships with a local elderly residential care home. We make sure there is plenty of variety. Our experienced staff encourage an all-inclusive environment where consideration for others is paramount. Policies and procedures are in place to cover all aspects of childcare to reassure parents and guardians that we have their children's interests at heart. Flexibility of care is important to parents and guardians and we offer full-time (5 days per week) and part-time places (2, 3 or 4 days per week), and we operate a Crocodile Club for P1 and P2 children who finish earlier. We cover most holidays and in-service days and our team plan ahead with the children to offer a great range of holiday activities.
