Inclusion Expert’s founder, Daniel Sobel, is an internationally respected leader in inclusive education and has advised the DfE, the EU and governments abroad. Daniel is a well-known speaker, writes regularly for publications including Headteacher Update and The Guardian, and is the author of several books including Narrowing the Attainment Gap. Daniel left school with no A Levels and read his first book aged 18. Gradually he fell in love with study and managed to secure a place on a Master’s course in Education Psychology. He went on to take four graduate courses in Psychology and Education, eventually running out of money in the middle of doctoral training. Daniel moved to full time teaching and quickly became a SENCO. Dismayed by how much of the job was pointless meetings and paperwork, he started designing tools to better support his students. During a stint as Assistant Head he continued to develop simple systems to help teachers manage information and maximise the impact of their interventions. Realising that many teachers were struggling with inclusion, that his ideas really worked, and that there was an opportunity to make a difference to children across the country, Daniel left teaching, somewhat hesitantly, to form Inclusion Expert. Over the last few years the company has grown rapidly to encompass a team of experienced practitioners who share Daniel’s vision that every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their potential, regardless of needs, background or ability.

The British accessories brand was founded by best friends and ex-fashion buyers Jemma and Lesa, who met on their first day at the London College of Fashion. They bonded over a love of design, a passion to start their own business and a mutual struggle to find a watch that they wanted to wear. Lovers of vintage, the pair would trawl through antique markets to find timepieces, but, whilst beautiful, the cogs would often stop and start. After graduation, the girls went on to pursue successful careers in fashion buying, clocking up time at diverse fashion brands such as Topshop, ASOS and Selfridges. All the while, the idea of going it alone was gathering momentum until the day in 2011 when Jemma and Lesa made the leap, quit their jobs and set about creating their own beautiful, unique watches from the kitchen table. Named after Lesa’s great aunt whose spirited approach and energy was a huge inspiration to the girls, Olivia Burton debuted its first collection in September 2012. Its covetable, collectable styles, which now include a striking jewellery line-up, are inspired by vintage finds and the latest catwalk trends. Designs are brought to life at the brand’s pretty East London studio, where Jemma and Lesa work closely with their small team to ensure every piece is tweaked to perfection. Ronnie and Pat Fitzgibbon are Ireland’s most qualified and experienced dive operators. They began the business in 1963 and have enjoyed taking care of divers and water-sports enthusiast ever since. My name is Sarah and I am your local qualified level 5 behaviourist and trainer with over 7 years of experience working with dogs and their owners. I specialise in behavioural issues including reactivity, aggression, separation anxiety and resource guarding; however, I also love to work on the fun stuff too, both including puppies and general obedience. My methods revolve primarily around positive reinforcement and I want to offer advice that is effective and realistic. My clientele are those who want to work with their dog to understand their behaviour and truly address the deeper issues. This means that I won't promise you an overnight fix for 90% of problems because they don't exist without masking the problem. I relate dog training to weight loss. Quick fixes and fads may appear to work initially but eventually they create more problems or the problem re-emerges worse than ever. They just aren't sustainable and arguably unethical. Instead, if you follow a goal and work on changing habits, you'll get results long-term. I believe in rewarding dogs for good behaviour and I also believe in boundaries. I avoid use of prong and shock collars and aspire to set your dogs up for success. I have 3 dogs, a 7 year old tripawd German Shepherd called Bowser, a 5 year odl Rottweiler called Rosie and an 8 month old rescue German Shepherd called Pablo.

Alexandra was born in the USA and spent her formative years in London and Glasgow. Her musical abilities were recognised from a very young age and she began having regular piano and vocal lessons at the age of four. Alexandra had the honour of being the youngest singing student to be accepted at the prestigious Junior Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London. Whilst studying there, she benefited from singing lessons, vocal workshops and master-classes with both formidable voice teachers and visiting leading professionals. This early exposure to such a high standard of coaching was a great source of inspiration for an aspiring young soprano. Alexandra was invited to attend the Association Of Teachers Of Singing training course for four consecutive years, which provided her with a solid foundation for developing her own teaching technique which she loves to share in her own teaching lessons. Having always had a special love of Scotland, it seemed to be a natural progression for her to complete her studies at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, Glasgow (now known as The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland) where Alexandra was awarded her Bachelor of Music with Honours Degree. Now based in Central Scotland and accessible from Falkirk, Stirling, Glasgow amd Edinburgh, Alexandra enjoys working as a freelance singer (soprano) and singing teacher. She is currently delighted to be working with Music in Hospitals and Care (MiHC) with whom she has regular concert engagements and tours.

After years of working a corporate job in Canary Wharf London, I realised that there is a pressing need to change our relationship with the world of work. There is a need to slow down, to stop and allow ourselves just to be. to be light was inspired by my own mother, who was also a friend on my journey to find stillness, where I also found my sparks of creativity, sense of security and endless joys. My journey was a process that I could never have done alone. Through my daily practice of Kundalini yoga and meditation, I have found myself to build mental resilience, develop a deep inner joy, learn to live by my heart. Like my mother, I am not a guru nor a teacher, I am just an inspirer, a supporter and a friend. My goal is to inspire and help others to navigate their own self-discovery in the midst of the hustle bustle in life. I long to connect, to see, to know you as you are, wherever you are at. Through yoga, meditation, Aroma Point Therapy, sonic sound alchemy, it is my commitment to show up with the fullest of heart. Everyday, I invest time and energy into my own personal practice, to embody everything I’ve ever dreamed of for this world. So when we meet, the light is contagious. We stock Annie Sloan & Polyvine Paints - available for Click & Collect. Founded by Artist Lottie Cole we host masterclasses taught by artists and artisans as well as regular weekly classes. All the classes are taught by professional full-time practitioners, who love to share their knowledge and skill. The classes are open to all levels, unless stated, and kept to a very limited number. This keeps the classes intimate and allows for everyone to have sufficient help and encouragement in a friendly atmosphere. As well as learning and expanding skills our goal is to send participants away refreshed and invigorated by sharing a creative experience.
