In Sanskrit, Akasha means "space", the very first element in creation. Akasha
Dance Theatre was born from a love of creation. Akasha Dance Theatre is a
UK-based dance organisation, offering bold, dynamic, unique dance work. We are
inspired by a passion for creativity and expression. Our main focus is on
creating dance and physical theatre for film and live performance, as well as
offering movement and theatre skills workshops, and 1-2-1 guidance for dancers
at all stages of their careers. Akasha Dance Theatre offers mentoring and
creates nurturing spaces for all dancers. We’re passionate about allowing
dancers and other artists spaces and tools to explore their artistry, whilst
creating repertoire for the next generation of dance artists and audiences. “I
