Welcome to this short Online Programme on equality and diversity. Its purpose is to explain what equality and diversity mean and how they affect you. We will also look at some of the barriers that can prevent equality from being realised and cover the key legislation surrounding it. Finally, we will take a look at both employers' and employees' responsibilities in relation to the legislation.
