We are a relatively small club with about 40 members. A few of these have hung up their dive gear for good and just turn up socially. We consider ourselves pretty friendly, don't take ourselves very seriously and are prone to an occasional bout of "milling around aimlessly". We meet at the K2 Lesiure Centre in Crawley every Thursday. We have use of the pool from 9pm but like to meet up to an hour before for a bit of training, organising the weekends diving or just some general chit-chat. We host a pretty active diving schedule throughout the year including dives off our club boat moored in Littlehampton, trips away to Portland & Dover and training days at Vobster, Wraysbury and other dive centres. COMING SOON As a club we also like to make the effort to get away with trips to the Red Sea, liveraboard voyages in the Maldives and Skiing in France Alongside all the diving, we like to keep our social calendar full. Whether its the Christmas do, Skittles and Pizza evenings or just meeting up for a swim on a Thursday night. Founded in 1958, Leicester Underwater Exploration Club (LUEC) is one of the largest scuba diving and snorkelling clubs in the East Midlands. Affiliated to the British Sub-Aqua Club (BSAC) - the UK’s leading dive club and national governing body, we are an award-winning branch with an active membership base.

Corby And District Sub-Aqua Club (CADSAC) was formed in 1979. We are a member of the British Sub-Aqua Club (BSAC) – the worlds largest scuba diving club, and are based in Corby, Northamptonshire. With members coming from not only Corby but all the surrounding towns and villages, CADSAC caters for both people wanting to learn to Scuba Dive and for already qualified divers looking for a friendly club. We provide our Members with quality training and varied diving throughout the UK as well as more adventurous and exotic diving abroad. Club Night We meet every Monday Night from 7.30pm in the Stewarts & Lloyds Cricket Club Pavilion, Cannock Road, Corby (just off Occupation Road near the old Stars Night Club). See Map Of location With different rooms within the pavillion our experienced Instructors teach new and intermediate divers the skills required to get in the water to have a safe and enjoyable dive. For one hour per week throughout the year between 9pm to 10pm we train at Corby International Swimming pool. It is used for novice training, checking new kit options, snorkel sports or just swimming. With the adjustable depth of the floor it makes the ideal place for novices and experienced divers train. Other Club members plan their upcoming diving expeditions, share their experiences or just catch up with a beer! Equipment To get you started the club has a limited amount of dive equipment which is available to borrow. The kit is intended for pool training use only, but due to the high cost of kit many new ‘club divers’ borrow this equipment for open water use for up to a year, whilst they decide if diving is the sport for them, or they become able to purchase their own equipment. Air fills are available for all club members from our own compressor and air bank. This handles up to 300 bar air cylinders, or up to 232 bar for 02 clear cylinders.

ABOUT The Diving Centre is a PADI 5 star IDC centre located in East Boldon South Tyneside. We run PADI courses from beginner try dive sessions all the way up to instructor. We have some of the best training facilities in the country with our own on-site heated swimming pool and state of the art classrooms. This enables us to provide the highest levels of training from our team of experienced and passionate instructors. We schedule courses weekly and at convenient times and with our own facilities we can accommodate any ones time schedule. Check out the courses page for full list of courses available. As well as running course we also have a fully stocked retail shop covering all your diving and water sports needs from all the leading manufactures at competitive rates. There is also an online shop with next day delivery. We also have and active and exciting dive scene which is open to divers of all ages and abilities. Swim England is involved in determining when it is safe to re-open pools alongside local councils in our case Chesterfield Borough Council (Queens Park Leisure Centre) Open water training should be available soon however, we know there are going to be restrictions in place and dive sites will most likely be operating a booking system to control their operations whilst maintaining Government guidelines.
