Kraken Diving was founded and is run by Master Scuba Diver Trainer + Tec
Instructor Rob Slight and partner, Master Scuba Diver Trainer Margot Watson.
Both of us were lured up to Orkney to complete a Divemaster Internship with our
friends over at Scapa Scuba and just kept coming back! Rob completed his in 2013
and fell in love with the wrecks of Scapa Flow. In order to come back he
completed his PADI instructor course and has been working as a dive instructor
ever since (with the odd year out to travel). Margot completed her Divemaster in
2019 which turned out to be the final year Scapa Scuba were running as a dive
school. As two huge wreckheads and lovers of Orkney life, we decided to open up
Kraken Diving to ensure there was still an easy and accessible way for people to
dive in one of he worlds best wreck sites.
