Sophie Conran is the only daughter of designer and restaurateur Sir Terence Conran and food writer Caroline Conran. Sister to fashion designer Jasper, restaurateurs Tom and Ned and product designer Sebastian, Sophie has two wonderful grown-up children. Sophie left school early and worked through a variety of different jobs including apprenticing for Stephen Jones the couture milliner, working in Jasper's fashion empire, running a supper club which evolved into a catering company, working in a small business making boxer shorts and another hand-making lollipops. She delved into the world of interior design with various show homes, private homes and retail projects. She has worked as a buyer for both The Conran Shop and The Design Museum shop and also set up her own 'corner shop of the world' Wong Singh Jones in Notting Hill. Sophie moved to Melbourne, Australia for a couple of years where she worked for clothing and homeware brand Country Road and was a contributing writer for The Age newspaper and Belle magazine, as well as having her son Felix. On her return to the UK, Sophie had her daughter Coco. While raising her young children, she collaborated with her father on several of his restaurant interiors and worked again with Jasper on colour predictions and his range with Debenhams. Sophie launched Sophie Conran Pies - a gourmet collection of top quality, handmade pies, which won 4 medals at the Great Taste Awards. She supplied racecourses with her brand Great British Pies, which led to her debut cookbook Pies, published in November 2006. This was followed by Easy Pies for Marks and Spencer and later Soups and Stews, published in 2008. Sophie has been a contributing editor for the magazines Junior, House Beautiful, In Style and Country Living. Sophie regularly writes and develops recipes for her blog, newsletters, catalogues and publications. March 2006 saw the launch of Sophie’s hugely successful range with Portmeirion. The range has won many prestigious awards and is sold worldwide, with the range continuing to expand. Sophie now works with many amazing companies creating stunning, well-known ranges. She partnered with Arthouse in 2008 to develop a range of wallpapers for B&Q and luxury design pattern books, and in 2010 she began her relationship with Burgon & Ball - creating an ever-growing range of garden tools and accessories. I’m a writer and teacher and I’ve been sharing my heart online since 2006. I’m the author of This I Know: Notes on Unraveling the Heart and my mission is to help people access their creative joy and nurture a deeper relationship with themselves. Words have been at the centre of my world for as long as I can remember. I started writing a diary aged 11 and grew not only a life-long journaling practice but also an unending curiosity about my place in the world. Studying photography at art school followed by a degree in journalism lead to me working as a journalist for many years, but the truth is my life, as I now know it, began in the spring of 2005 when the man I loved died very suddenly from a heart attack — everything I thought I knew about life changed in that instant. Walking through the fire of bereavement is how I truly came to inhabit every part of who I am, the shadows as well as the light. In 2006 I started writing a blog and being able to share my thoughts and feelings online was incredibly empowering, my way of getting back out there from the safety of my living room. Blogging helped reopen the door to my creativity, connecting me to other souls around the world as I found my way back to what was meaningful for me.

When JoJo Kirtley was a young lass, her Grandad Joe would call her, “a proper little workie ticket” and the nick-name stuck. So, when thinking of a name for her theatre company, it seemed the perfect choice and in 2017, Workie Ticket Theatre was founded. Our mission is to shake things up, be bold, push our luck within the theatre world and empower people through our work. My career as an artist started in 1996 when I was asked to illustrate articles from a national religious magazine in Italy. Through the years I developed skills in both digital illustration and hand paint with watercolour and acrylic. In 2002 I decided to take it further and attend a school of art and, in 2005, I graduated as a Comics illustrator and special effects artist. Since I was always attracted by the movie world, I decided to use my new certificate to approach this fantastic world. I worked few years for a production company which took me away from my Country of origin and gave me the opportunity to develop my skills as an artist and writer. I wrote several screenplays for the big screen and illustrated storyboards on a daily basis and here is when I started thinking about writing and illustrating stories for children. “The first tale of Sarah” in fact was born as an idea for a children’s movie but not developed more than a script. In 2015 I moved in the UK and I started working on my first personal project “The Tale of Sarah”, a three books series which I’m writing and illustrating. The first one was published in 2017 and I’m currently working on the second volume. My goal in sharing these stories is to share a message of hope with readers of all ages. As an artist I keep on developing my skills every day and trying new ways and techniques to improve my illustrations. In 2018, I enrolled BA in Illustration at the Open College of the Arts.

Originally from Russia, I lived in the UK since the late 1990s, making London my home and a place of infinite inspiration. I studied film history, gaining a PhD in the field of Soviet Holocaust cinema, while working with various film festivals and running my own cultural events production company. In 2014 after leaving my career in the arts sector, I launched KinoVino which rapidly gained recognition as one of the most original projects redefining London’s food scene. Since its launch I developed a bespoke event branch, hosted supper clubs under my own name exploring food from my native Russia and released my debut cookbook Salt and Time in 2019. My recipes are featured in The Guardian, Red Magazine, Olive Magazine, The Independent and House & Garden amongst other leading UK publications. While my events have been highlighted in Vogue, Elle, TimeOut, and I’ve been shortlisted for the Young British Foodie Awards in 2017. I’ve also had the honour of being listed at number one of the new voices in food by the Observer Food Magazine in February 2019, and having my cooking names a new trend for 2021 by Waitrose Magazine. Since 24 Feb 2022, I have started #CookforUkraine campaign using the language of food to raise awareness and funds for the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Ukraine right now. I have teamed up with my dear friend, Ukrainian chef, writer and activist, Olia Hercules, and the formidable team behind #CookforSyria to create a global movement to celebrate the food of Ukraine while providing the much needed humanitarian help vid UNICEF Emergency Relief Fund. In recent years Eithne has gained experience in the National Strategies working in interim Regional Adviser roles for Early Years and also for School Improvement, providing advice and guidance to Local Authorities in Northamptonshire and more recently in Hounslow. Eithne's consultancy work in recent years has involved: training for teachers and headteachers in developing effective school improvement, schools and working in these areas at a more strategic level with Local Authorities. Eithne also provides parent and child coaching services and mentoring and coaching for headteachers and aspiring headteachers.

Amplify is a training and development consultancy led by Tom Burke. Founded in 2003, amplify provides services primarily to the voluntary sector with a focus on children and youth issues both in the UK and in the Global South. Tom has an extensive history of personal, professional and voluntary work with children and young people and the wider voluntary sector. From a child involved in youth work and global child rights advocacy, he developed skills and experience as a practitioner and advocate. He can bring this mix of experiences into work as a trainer, writer and consultant. Most recently, Tom was Deputy Chief Executive at Y Care International, the international development agency of the YMCA movement. He led their International Citizen Service youth volunteering programme, safeguarding & security, global youth work, policy & advocacy and financial management. Working part-time this was balanced with a range of freelance projects. Previously, Tom grew up in the youth and child rights movement. As a young activist, he was a member of the steering group of the Child Rights Caucus at the UN Special Session on Children and director of social enterprise ‘Young People Change the World’. He was engaged in local youth participation initiatives creating platforms for young people to be heard or to access services, including in sexual health and children in care. Tom was Chair of Trustees of youth-focussed international development charity Peace Child International. He was previously Senior Policy and Change Officer at the Children’s Rights Alliance for England, where he specialised in children’s participation rights, undertaking policy analysis, Parliamentary lobbying and campaigning for change. Over the past 15 years, he has undertaken consultancy for a range of clients on projects ranging from safeguarding, inclusion, evaluation and research projects, training and direct delivery.
