We are located just a couple of miles east of Elgin in beautiful rural surroundings. Sarah's Pet Services is owned and run by myself, Sarah Young with the indispensible help of my wonderful team, Lisa, Ilona, Lianne, Sam & Elaine. Since opening in 2017 we have proved to be a very popular pet services business. Covering Fochabers to Elgin to Lossiemouth we offer dog walking in groups or solo walks, pet pop in visits for puppies/older dogs, cat/small animal visits to care for your pets while you are away and horse care visits. Fully insured, we offer a free meet and greet visit prior to carrying out any care for your furbabies. In 2019 I decided to pursue my dream of having dog kennels, where I could offer exisiting and new customers a safe and comfortable place for their dogs to stay while they are away. I wanted to create a peaceful surrounding with emphasis on regular attention and proper exercise for my doggie guests. We have a block of 5 spacious kennels each with their own runs. Each dog is let out of their kennel 4 times a day and we are lucky to have a lovely onsite walk where we take the dogs twice a day for their walks. In addition, we now have an onsite 2 acre secure field for dogs who aren't allowed off lead to run and play in. I recognise every dogs needs are different, therefore I offer two packages depending on amount of exercise you wish your dog to get. The ASP model is a dynamic framework developed to promote and develop effective multi-agency partnership working across the South West region to bring human trafficking and modern slavery to an end. The model consists of localised partnerships and overarching regional board. The local partnerships represent agencies working within police force areas (Avon and Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire and Dorset). The regional board consists of the chairs of each of the local partnerships and representatives from agencies with a South West remit. The ASP Coordinator provides administrative support to the partnerships and provides a conduit for information to flow between the local and regional boards. The ASP has developed its strategy based around the government’s 4P Modern Slavery Strategy. The government’s strategy looks at how to Pursue prosecutions and methods to disrupt individuals and groups responsible for modern slavery, Prevent people from engaging in or facilitating modern slavery, Protect vulnerable people from exploitation and Prepare frontline professionals to identify and support victims. The ASP looks to support this strategy throughout the South West of England in a number of ways. These include raising awareness and providing training to organisations involved in the ASP as well as the facilitation of the sharing of information and intelligence between organisations to enable a joined up approach to disrupting and prosecuting perpetrators and to assisting victims. We aim to provide a platform to enable multi agency strategic thinking across the South West region in line with this strategy and each of the ASPs assess the work they are doing against this strategy quarterly. We are fully aware that slavery and trafficking respects no territorial boundaries and the model has been developed to ensure effective sharing of information, best practice and a comprehensive, cohesive and united response to slavery across the region.

We support parents with aspirations for their teenagers – those who want to gain admission to top universities. We help to improve Exam Grades in Core Academic subjects at GCSE and A-level. On average, our students are performing at around a B grade in school before they join us; within a year, they improve by about two grade points. Our main programmes are: Saturday School during term time and Intensive Revision during school holidays. We also have flexible unit-based learning and the premium Consultation Tuition (one-to-one by a top consultant teacher). At the start of the pandemic, we temporarily moved online but we have now opened our centres again for in-person teaching; however, we still run separate online lessons for those who prefers online. Our centres are now open for in-person teaching at: St James School, Kensington Olympia and Trinity School in East Croydon*. We cover the core academic subjects of Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English at both GCSE and A-level. In addition to all the above, we also provide for Further Maths, Economics, History and Psychology at A-level. At GCSE, we cover Further Maths and all the science options – Triple and Combined (double or trilogy) Our teachers are of the highest quality and we have a proven track record for over 16 years. Excel in Key Subjects consists of a group of fully qualified and highly experienced secondary school teachers. Some teach in the Independent and some in the State sector. Our main objective is to help improve grades. We provide classes in small groups for students aged 13 to 19 on Saturdays. We also have a Revision programmes during School holidays.

The hub believes that language is our identity and would join hands with similar bodies to keep the language alive. Ukwuani is a language spoken in 61 broad communities: Abbi, Emu, Utagba Ụno, Utagba Ogbe (Kwale), Ogume, Onicha Ukwuani, Obikwele, Ossissa, Ashaka, Abala, Ase, Ibedeni, Okpo Ekirika, Igbuku, Aboh, Akarai, Azagba, Asaba Ase, Afor, Oworobia, Adiawai, Awa, Anyama, Umuolu, Ibrede, Iyede-Ame, Onuogbokor, Beneku, Okpai, Onyah, Onuaboh, Ige, Utchi, Umuedem, Umụgboma, Ushie, Utuoku, Inyi, Osemele Asagba, Umukwata, Ụkabi, Umutu, Obi Igbo, Obiaruku, Ezhionum, Akoku, Obilo, Eziokpor, Adonishaka, Umuaja, Oboeti, Ebedei, Umuebu, Amai , Ejeme Aniogor (Aniocha South), Owa Alidima (Ika north), Agbor Alidima (Ika South), Ndoni (Rivers), Isukwe (Rivers), Ogba (Rivers), Egbema, (Rivers). It is a branch of the Volta-Niger language family and have slight dialectal differences in the Language based on their closeness to the four ethnic groups at their borders. These are: Igbo, Urhobo, Edo and Ijaw. The influence of these Languages is manifest in slight variations in their pronunciation manifesting in different dialects namely: Onuaboh dialect (Ndosumili area), Akashiada, Utagba (kwale) and Osissa dialect. The one spoken by the majority of the people is the Utagba dialect. It is easily understood by the speaker of the other dialects and it is the dialect that is used for Ukwuani language studies. Ukwuani language is also included in the list of 27 Nigerian languages approved by the Federal Government for the purposes of “mother tongue education”. Ukwuani language has a common ancestry with the Igbo language and Edo language .

Who : Creative Catalyst (Scotland) CIC is a social enterprise which supports young people into Creative Careers. After establishing and running a similar two year pilot project for young creatives as part of the lead up to Perth Creative Exchange and The Famous Grouse Ideas Centre opening , founding director Helen O’Brien decided to take the model of this project forward as a social enterprise. In September 2019 we successfully received ‘Start It’ funding from Firstport, and moved into our new studio at Perth Creative Exchange in November 2019. We have just received Firstport ‘Build It’ funding to support and embed our development in 2021-22. We offer creative employability opportunities for young people who face barriers to employment and training in Perth & Kinross. This project is specifically targeted at young creative individuals who need support to develop their confidence in their creative skills and abilities, and signpost to other opportunities and experiences that will support them with next steps of a creative career. We work alongside other 16+ support agencies in Perth & Kinross who refer young people to us, and we welcome individuals and support workers to contact us directly. How: We offer work experience and mentoring opportunities with professional artists and makers who run live creative projects for us, from design and prototyping an idea, to making a final product, marketing and selling; visit shop here. These projects develop a broad spectrum of practical creative and transferable skills including using imagination, problem solving, clear communication, persistence, self discipline, collaboration and working to a deadline. We also run creative workshops and programmes for children, families and communities which offer opportunities for our young people to work alongside a lead artist to gain confidence and experience of delivering projects with different age groups.

Football DNA was started in 2018 by football professionals Stewart England & Jimmy Walker with the ambition to support football coaches and players with an outstanding platform for them to access. Stewart & Jimmy are obsessed with football and helping develop all ages and levels throughout the beautiful game. At the they highlighted that many coaches struggled to plan and develop their own football coaching practices and sessions. Being involved in the professional game and drawing upon personal experiences they started to create and build a library of video coaching content that could really benefit coaches at all levels of the game. The platform gives coaches access to hundreds of coaching practices and full sessions on video that are perfect for grassroots football coaching and up to the elite levels of the game from U5 – Adults. Not only do coaches get unlimited access to the existing library, brand new content is added each week to help keeping coaching sessions fresh and exciting. The practices and sessions have been created and developed by a range of top quality professional coaches working at the highest levels of the game from first team to academy age groups. Our range of coaches include Celtic FC 1st Team Coach Gavin Strachan, Crystal Palace 1st Team Coach Shaun Derry, West Ham Academy Coach Ross Brooks. From this initial idea, the Football DNA platform expanded to providing content for players to develop their skills using the Individual Skills Program. The ISP is an interactive learning tool for players to challenge themselves and progress through different skill levels in their own environment. Adding to this are specialist sport science and nutrition areas. Players can access gym programs and pitch-based sessions from top level coaches involved in the professional game.

On becoming an independent social enterprise, we went on to deliver large-scale neighbourhood regeneration programmes like the Single Regeneration Budget, New Deal for Communities and Neighbourhood Renewal Funding. In 2011 Renaisi was part of the consortium that set up the Big Local programme. Our role managing the ‘reps’ took us beyond London and allowed us to bring together the two halves of our expertise; supporting communities and social research. Alongside that national work we delivered services in Islington, Haringey and Hackney that helped migrant communities get the most out of the local school system. While the policy and funding landscape has changed a lot in the last 20+ years, ‘place’ has remained the lens we use to consider our work. We’re constantly learning from the different perspectives we see from working directly with communities, with the providers of services and the investors in communities. It gives us a unique perspective on how systems work and how to improve places fairly.
