School of Christ the King is a Catholic Primary school, serving the parish and the area of Knowle West, which is in the Diocese of Clifton. Christian faith and values are at the heart of all that we do whether it is the high expectations that we set, within the curriculum that we teach, the self awareness that we develop or the spirituality that we experience. Each child in our school is important to us as they are precious to you. You are your child’s first teachers and will have the greatest influence on your child and so we work closely with you in the spirit of partnership and cooperation to do the best we can for you and your child. We encourage children to be the best they can be at all times whether that be in their work, their play, their creativity and their attitudes. We have a well-experienced and dedicated staff to support them in all areas of their school life. Respect is taught, developed and expected within the school community.
I'm a Personal Trainer, home gym designer, Soft Tissue Therapist, Functional Anatomy Lecturer, and Mentor to other health and fitness professionals. I'm passionate about helping every single client and student be the best they can be, in the best way they can achieve it. As well as significant training experience, I'm a former Team GB athlete with a high level of exposure and access to both successful fitness and rehabilitation strategies for performance athletes and the latest ongoing innovations. Some of my personal achievements include playing basketball for Team Great Britain and cycling more than 3,000 miles over five mountain ranges in North America and Europe for charity.
