Snowsport Scotland is appointed by sportscotland (the National Agency for sport) to act as the Scottish Governing Body (SGB) for snowsports in Scotland. As such we work in partnership with like-minded organisations to encourage more participation in snowsports and to develop and support our best athletes to perform on the world stage. Every four years we publish a new 4 year strategic plan that details our strategic outcomes and priorities for the new Olympic cycle. The current strategy runs from 2018-2022 and can be found here. Of course she got the job and so a working relationship was born. This very quickly built into a true friendship and the two have been inseparable ever since. They have supported each other through marriages, new homes, children, jobs and now the set up of their own company. Between them they have over 40 years experience of working in the fitness industry and the busy pair have first hand experience in many sporting disciplines... from powerlifting and triathlons to boxing and fitness modeling, they definitely understand their industry and this will be evident in your courses and training with GAIN Academy.

Lisa Sayers is a CNHC and BANT registered BSc nutritional therapist, nutrigenetics counsellor, ACSM certified exercise physiologist/health fitness specialist, sports massage therapist, Stott Pilates instructor, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, CHEK practitioner, former qualified general nurse and venepuncturist working as a personal trainer and nutritional therapist in Henley-on-Thames, Reading, Marlow (Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire). Lisa qualified as a nurse in 1988, began working in the fitness and health industry in 2003 and has been running her own successful practice since 2005. Lisa now operates from her own air conditioned and well equipped studio and consulting room in Henley-on-Thames where there is private parking available.
