Back before Zoom calls were all the rage and I worked as an executive director in the public sector, I founded Cornerstone Coaching & Training LLC. I was training my own staff and being asked to train others and decided I wanted to share my executive leadership and coaching experience to help make others a difference. It's my passion and my calling! Despite today’s demands, I help individuals (like you) create and sustain positive work relationships and contribute toward a positive work culture that boosts morale and increases productivity. I specialize as a workplace communication and career coach, HR and small business consultant and trainer. My professional work background includes 32 years as a public servant in widely diverse workgroups: Director of Washington State 529 Plans and Chair of the national College Savings Plan Network Client Services Manager at the Public Works Board Washington State Emergency Manager - Training Officer and Public Information Officer Career Counselor at The Evergreen State College I hold a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement and I’m focused on how you can better lead and communicate with confidence, clarity, and gratitude. I'm an author and expert in corporate and government communication, human resources (I am a nationally certified SPHR), am a certified Performance Coach, hold a Master of Education in Counseling, and Personnel Administration, and am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My goal is to inspire confidence and empower individuals and teams to learn how to bring out the best in each other - and to become more skilled and confident communicators and business leaders. I’ll help you develop practical communication skills to power your performance in your role as an employee, team member. supervisor, and executive leader.

I was born in the 1960s in Somerset, UK the eldest of two daughters of Heather and Nick Bune. My mum was a housewife and dad a welder after starting an early career as a coal miner. The coal mining industry ran in the blood of my family as both grandfathers and all of my great grandfathers were coal miners. I grew up in a happy, loving home where money was always tight. There were no daytrips, no foreign holidays for me – in fact we didn’t have a telephone until I was a teenager and we didn’t have a car until I’d left home. At school I was one of those children who sits in the middle, grey and unnoticed, yet plodding on. I got seven O levels and a qualification in touch typing –my careers ‘adviser’ told me I should am to be a secretary or a nurse. Not a chance! However, I didn’t do as well in my A levels as expected and ended up going to a more ‘lowly’ college of higher education, now Bath Spa University. I took a degree in English Literature & History and loved it. I did well in my degree, getting a high 2:1 and took a PGCE and trained to be a teacher though quickly realised this was not for me. I always wanted to be a journalist – I used that year to apply for any relevant job. I eventually got a traineeship on a local newspaper in Somerset, then two years later moved on to a daily newspaper in Swindon, where I went on to be crime reporter and then business editor. I was also running as a volunteer a radio programme for Hospital Radio Swindon.

Airdrie

Hello! Welcome to our website! Who are we? In 2014 Imagine That Drama Classes began with a simple objective – to offer quality, affordable drama classes for the young people of Airdrie. Over the years our classes have grown from strength to strength and in 2020 we became Imagine That Performing Arts Ltd. Our own studios are now located in the most beautiful listed building at the heart of the community. Our students work with our qualified, experienced tutors from the performing arts industry as well as a range of industry experts from across the UK to reach their potential. Imagine That Performing Arts bridges the gap between ‘drama clubs’ and performing arts education. Our range of classes and the opportunities we offer ensure that all students needs are catered for, whether you are just looking for a new hobby or if you want to pursue a career in the arts. We pride ourselves in the opportunities we offer to our students. All students take part in regular productions, as well as theatre trips, casting opportunities, and masterclasses. Check out our blog to see some of our recent activities! Our students have gone on to star in TV shows, Hollywood films, and to pursue their dreams studying Music and Musical Theatre at university and college. We strongly believe that youth theatre should not be bad theatre. We want our young people to have the opportunity to perform in quality productions that they can feel proud of. We imagine a society that realises how important the arts are. We imagine a generation who believe in themselves. We imagine a world where having fun is a priority. We imagine a world where you are able to truly express yourself. We imagine a world where our imaginations can run wild and free! Imagine, Believe, Achieve! Imagine That Performing Arts.

When I experienced kinesiology for digestive issues, it literally changed my life for the better. My digestive discomfort disappeared, I had more energy and felt the recommendations given for dietary choices improved my health and wellbeing. From that moment, I was determined to learn and train as a Kinesiologist to support friends, family and clients with health conditions. Having practised kinesiology for over 10 years, I have supported clients with varying health problems including digestive, fertility, hormonal, stress, structural/joint issues, skin conditions as well as clients in pain. I love seeing the progress of individuals who have felt the benefit of the session. I give guidance and support for lifestyle and nutritional changes so clients can make informed decisions on improving their health and wellbeing. I am also passionate about delivering both the Foundation and Diploma courses in kinesiology. I provide personalised courses to suit all levels of expertise and tailor the course to suit your individual needs and requirements. Whether it's learning the foundation course to add muscle response testing and techniques to current qualification or for supporting family and friends, foundation Kinesiology is a great starting point for balanced health. Moving forward onto the professional Diploma qualification is also an option as a new career opportunity. It is fantastic to see students I have taught, grow to become confident practitioners, progressing into their own specialised careers, often moving forward onto learning the diploma!

Phantom's Legacy

phantom's legacy

London

He was an amazing horse who was a complete gentleman with a wicked sense of humour. He was extremely intelligent and very good at reading emotions and feelings; he was gentle and understanding however if you didn’t have a clue, he was capable of giving you a run for your money. He taught us the need for patience and that things in life cannot always be rushed. Over the years, through watching family and friends engaging with him we noticed how his behaviour changed to suit the approaches of the different people he came in contact with. If you were nervous then he was calm, if you were sad he could make you smile. However if you thought you knew more than you actually did, then he wasn’t long in letting you know how wrong you were. His loving and loyal nature made everyone feel at ease and showed us all the benefits of being around horses. Sadly, at the age of 28, after 24 years being part of Wilma’s family and Janis’s friend, he passed over the rainbow bridge. Phantom Our inspiration for Phantom's Legacy We had discussed for many years the possibility of opening a centre to provide therapy and education using horses. From our experience of being around Phantom and his best buddy Basil, we felt this could be possible. We talked a lot about it but never took it any further as we always found some reason not to. Phantom’s passing gave us the kick that we needed as we suddenly realised life is too short not to take the opportunity to help others experience what we learned from Phantom. In attempting to find a fitting memorial we decided that it was time to follow our dreams and keep his memory alive, Phantom’s Legacy was born.
