Welcome Dear One,   I am Namura, a spiritual teacher, advisor and healer in service of the Light.  From an early age, my connection to the spiritual world led me to explore various meditation, healing and psychic development techniques, both on my own and by attending spiritual development workshops and classes. Being driven to further help others, I therefore got trained as an Archangel Life Coach, Angelic Medium  and as an energy healer practitioner through the Angelic Reiki Association. Always guided by Spirit in my personal practice as well as when working with clients I have become comfortable to mix and match a plethora of tools and methods, such as Energy Healing, Channeling, Psychic Guidance, Light Language, Sacred Geometry, Past Life Regressions, Crystal Healing and more. I also enjoy creating channelled art, which people found to be very healing and powerful. Most of the techniques and meditations presented in Namura's World workshops and classes are a result of my personal experience and my channelling of various Light Beings, such as Angels, Ascended Masters, Spirit Guides, Galactic Light Beings and more. After 36 years, of working with The Montessori Method, (with both parents and children), I am offering Conscious Parenting sessions online, to support parents who struggle to be present with their children. When we become parents... somehow over time, (with all the best intentions in the world), fall into the trap of endless routines; unreal expectations, and bucket loads of control, never considering the effect we are having on our children's self esteem and well being. Add to this the endless stream of social media overload, un-vetted (and often inaccurate) advice, peer pressure and expectations, it's no wonder parents get lost in it all... Childhood is a very short ‘hood’ and in the blink of an eye our children are into teenage ‘hood’ and adult ‘hood‘ and we are left wondering, where the time has gone. All we truly have is the present moment.

A Dance Artist based in the South West, Sam is passionate about developing exciting and interactive conversations, classes, workshops, and performances. Sam makes uplifting socio-political work with, by and for local communities, inspired by personal stories from people across all ages to grow connections, representation, and a sense of belonging. She collaborates with professional artists and community members aged 8-78+ to create compelling and dynamic storytelling. Sam’s work is athletic, exciting, evocative, sensitive and relevant. I am a mosaic artist based in Dunblane, Scotland. I use a range of materials in my work, particularly those which allow me to create texture and dimension. Slate is one of my favourite materials to use - it is strong yet delicate, and can contain a range of colours and surfaces. I also love using stone and smalti (a special type of glass for mosaics). I love inspiring others to get creative and I enjoy teaching regular workshops from my home studio. I believe that the process of making a mosaic can be therapeutic, whether it is the mindfulness and relaxation that comes from concentrating on placing individual pieces, or the social interactions that arise from working as part of a group. I am a professional member and the secretary of the British Association for Modern Mosaic (BAMM)

Every coat I have has pockets full of things: I hear shells rattling about with bits of plastic when I pull one on to face the school run, I fiddle with acorn cups while I'm waiting for a flat white in my local cafe; I scrunch up bits of lichen and tangled sea-string while I'm trying to find my gloves. I am and always have been a bit of a collector: not of high value, status-ridden things that you have to be careful with. Just little, curious, quirky things that are everywhere in everybody's everyday life. I just like to pick them up, look at them and put them in my pocket. Then I like to make them into jewellery later… So I make contemporary, definitely eclectic jewellery from found objects (driftwood, sea plastic, sea glass and slate pebbles) combined with semi-precious stones and pearls linked together with chunky hammered eco-silver chains, delicate crocheted fine silver and fused silver focal pieces. I’m lucky enough to live in Cornwall and I love spending time outdoors in the fresh air on local beaches and in the woods, collecting curious things…
