We offer programs preparing individuals for various careers in real estate. Such careers include: real estate salesperson and broker, home inspector, appraiser, and mortgage loan originator. We also offer continuing education programs for Real Estate and Insurance professionals. Our courses include a traditional classroom format as well as self-study material. And since the beginning I’ve been committed to the idea that real estate education should NOT be something we have to suffer through. There are also lots of places which provide fun, exciting and stimulating opportunities but unfortunately, these are often big, overcrowded and noisy places that can trigger meltdowns and leave some people feeling overwhelmed.

We provide many courses for all experienced from beginners to numerous years within the plumbing and heating trade. Bristol Gas Training Ltd has been set up following the success of South West Construction Academy Ltd. Shane and Nikki McCallum started South West Construction Academy in 2013, and their primary aim was to provide a better training environment to plumbing and gas apprentices. This has been very successful and SWCA has received an award from Bristol City Council for their training delivery.

Foxhole Community Garden CIC was founded in May 2015 by three childhood friends Zoe Jong, Kate Baker and Penny Hendy. The aim was to bring back into use Foxhole Community Garden as a resource for the local community and a place to offer therapeutic gardening sessions and gardening sessions for families. Our mission is to create and sustain an accessible, welcoming garden of use to people of all ages and sectors of the community. We use organic no-dig gardening methods and are working to create insect and wildlife habitats to encourage biodiversity in the garden. Zoe Jong is the garden co-ordinator and on-the-ground presence at the garden. A grower, gardener and forest school leader she runs most of the sessions at the garden and is the person to contact about the day-to-day running of the garden. C0- director Penny Hendy is a primary school teacher while director Kate Baker works as a children’s book editor. Alongside steering the overall vision and direction of the garden they provide administrative, governance and moral support which are invaluable in getting the project off the ground.
