Zenna was founded in 2016 by Verity Woodgate to provide businesses with wellbeing programmes, supporting employees to maintain positive mental health and aid in reducing levels of stress and anxiety in the workplace. Having undertaken a BSc Psychology degree, understanding the nature of psychological wellness together with how to prevent distress through providing insight and coping strategies has always been a top priority for me. I have used mindfulness personally to combat the pressures and demands of City life whist working for London Probation and as such am a passionate advocate of the benefits these techniques provide. I have also studied Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the University of the Highlands and Islands and am qualified in Mental Health First Aid. As well as guiding individuals to a calmer, more organised mind-set, I also focus on improving overall health through teaching the importance of exercise, diet and nutrition. One-Eighty was established in 2011, to support and engage young people to live motivated and successful lives through psychological and evidence-based approaches. Since then, we have supported over 3,500 young people (aged 4-18), families and professionals across multiple locations, through our intensive interventions, group work, projects, and training courses, to achieve our charitable aims. The charity emerged from the Youth Offending Service in Oxfordshire as part of the research and production of a resource manual looking at the various reasons why a young person might disengage from education. This research was based around the critical thinking theories – exposing young people to a collaborative exploration of their life and their motivation. It looks at critical moments of their life and helps them evaluate the evidence by which they acted. This, in effect, allows a young person to create a more positive framework of how they might adjust their behaviours in the future. The process by which critical thinking theories operate are the foundation of other therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Systemic Therapy. Research showed that the resource manual, although effective for 76% of young people presenting disengaging behaviours, was not effective for all young people. What this generic model lacked was something designed around a young person’s specific needs.

With over two decades experience supporting pet carers pre, during and post the death of their much loved pets, Dawn Murray is one of the UK’s leading pet bereavement counsellors. Dawn has always, and continues to, provide her counselling services free of charge. Amongst her qualifications Dawn has Diploma's in Pet Bereavement Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and worked for many years as a Pet Undertaker. She is a qualified CPD presenter. Recognised as an expert in her field Dawn is described by the press as a 'Pet Bereavement Specialist'. Dawns work as a pet undertaker was highlighted in a BBC documentary and she is regularly asked to participate in both local and national Radio and television programmes, and most recently she was invited onto the 'PM' show on BBC Radio 4 where she was asked to discuss pet bereavement after Prince William and Catherine lost their dog, Lupo. Dawns unique style allows clients to feel at ease safe in the knowledge that she will support and guide them through their darkest days and clients are referred to her by Veterinary Schools and Doctors. She has experienced pet bereavement many times herself and fully understands the devastating impact a loss like this can have on your life. Dawn is also the founder of Ray of Hope and has raised thousands of pounds over the years to help animal charities. Dawn has also provided pet bereavement training free of charge to charities here in the UK for many years including most recently the Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home and Canine Partners.
