Juniper Green Tots is a small, family orientated nursery based in Juniper Green, Edinburgh. We offer full and part time places for children aged between 6 months and 5 years. We are governed by the Care Commission, and our staff have been specifically chosen for their commitment to providing quality care for each individual child in our setting. Each member of our team has a recognised childcare qualification. Our staff offer a secure, warm atmosphere where your child can grow and flourish. We at Tiny Tekkers firmly believe in developing the new generation of sports people by giving everybody the chance to have a positive relationship with sports and an active lifestyle. With the heightened importance that sport and physical activity has on a child's development at the forefront of the companies visions, we have created fun based programmes to aid in the development of fine and gross motor skills. Our goal is to provide high quality sports coaching to as many children in Sussex as possible. We provide a variety of classes and clubs for all children to be able to have access to elite coaching enabling them to positively participate in a range of sports. These sessions are all easily accessible and we do not discriminate on ability or experience level. For our youngest age groups, physical development is crucial for the ability to explore and interact with the world around them. We use disguised learning techniques based around fun games to ensure your children leave every week with a smile on their face. Mojo Training was an education and training company established in 2002 to deliver fitness qualifications and training to new instructors wanting a career in the fitness industry. We designed, wrote and taught our own courses as well as delivering nationally recognised qualifications all over the country. Over 18 years, we wrote articles, training manuals and student support material for Central YMCA, Premier Training International, Active IQ and Fitness Industry Education (now Trainfit). We also piloted several qualifications each time they were launched by Active IQ. We were specialists in the field of exercise for children. In 2012 not only was Mojo Training a successful education provider, Dawn; its Director decided to qualify in Pilates and in 2020 set up Mojo Pilates Studio in Cambridgehsire in order to go back to her roots of teaching the general public. In 2021 we decided to step away from the education part of the fitness industry and pour all of our efforts into teaching group exercise the way it should be done……studios dedicated to just group exercise and all that has to offer. There’s no gym at our club, just great group exercise, members bond over the love of classes and we love to offer expert instructors who educate in fitness and not just instruct. The Mojo Team have backgrounds in fitness, athletic coaching, martial arts, college lecturing, childcare, physiotherapy, marketing, mentoring and leisure centre management.

NCETM-accredited training events, led by Gareth Metcalfe, give teachers the knowledge, skills and resources to deepen and personalise the mathematics curriculum. Training focuses on showing concepts visually, breaking learning down into small, purposefully sequenced steps and providing children with extended, challenging learning experiences. Gareth has been teaching since 2004 and is a former Assistant Headteacher. Currently he is working in a range of schools, teaching classes from Nursery-Y6, helping schools to put reasoning and problem-solving at the heart of learning. Sarah Frances Smith School Of Irish Dance Sarah Frances Smith, TCRG, former lead dancer and Dance Captain from Michael Flatleys Lord of the Dance opened her dancing school in 2013 and has watched her students go from strength to strength. The Sarah Frances Smith School of Irish dancing promotes a nurturing learning environment for children of all ages and also offer adult classes. Children enhance their fitness levels while learning the wonderful art form of Irish dance and make life long friends while doing so. The school teaches all elements of Irish dancing ; solo and ceili (team) dancing under the governing body of An Coimisiun Le Rinci Gaelacha (CLRG). Although representing a very new school, students have shown great aptitude competitively, moving extremely quickly through the grades, with many already having reached open championship level. The school has had solo recallers and medal winners at various major championships. Most recently, the school had two ceili teams and two soloists qualify for the upcoming World Irish Dancing Championships, which in 2016 will be held in Glasgow. The Sarah Frances Smith School of Irish dancing is truly delighted to have 15 students represent the school at this prestigious event. Sarah Frances herself placed in the top 3 in all major solo championships, and won the world championships with her ceili and figure team mates on numerous occasions throughout her own competitive career. She looks forward to her students following in her footsteps in the future with their continued success!
