At Endeavour, we believe that education comes from a rich variety of
experiences, the sharing of knowledge from one person to another, and the
encouragement of self-exploration, self-reflection and discovery. It is not a
one-size-fits-all approach, in fact this is the opposite of education. We
believe that each day and each experience provides an opportunity for learning,
and we encourage the young people we work with to seek out these opportunities
or grab them if they present themselves.
