We offer comprehensive Level 3 qualifications in Body Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Indian head massage. About Holistic Training Our priority at Elemi is to offer you training of the highest quality. How can we be certain of this? It’s simple – our tutors have over fifteen years industry and teaching experience. Working for many years in Further Education, teaching and assessing NVQs in all aspects of beauty and holistic therapies. Who we are This wealth of experience has given us a clear understanding of our students needs and the ability to adapt our teaching styles to suit. You will be given continued support and guidance during and after your training. Something our students find invaluable once qualified. We offer comprehensive Diploma, Postgraduate and refresher courses. Whichever course you choose there will be no more than six students present.Giving you plenty of time with your tutor. Students work on each other, an important part of learning a new treatment is not just about practising it but experiencing it from a client’s point of view. Case studies make up an important part of your learning . From our years of experience students that complete case studies and reflect on these studies become more confident therapists and embrace working with clients once qualified. Remember we offer support and guidance while completing your case studies. Our workshops have grown from our teaching. So many students and clients asked us for guidance with personal development. We felt there was a real need for non religious , non judgemental personal development courses. So with skills in counselling and meditation we put together our workshops. A day totally devoted to ME time. Escape the hustle and bustle and spend the day with like minded people looking to bring some harmony and balance back into their lives.

..a garden that always looks good, even from your window? ..flowers but would like to learn to arrange them better? In 2015 we began The Crafty Gardeners flower and garden school. Both myself, and my dear friend Michelle Wake who sadly passed away in 2020, are award winning garden designers. We always dreamed of creating workshops that offered people a way of expressing their creativity and love of nature’s beauty, both outside or inside their home. And with The Crafty Gardeners we could share our expertise, along with plenty of clever tips on making gardens look amazing or turning a bunch of flowers into a fantastic floral arrangement to appreciate at home. Our garden design workshops cover everything from knowing which are bomb proof plants and how to create beautiful borders to making the most of your garden with the best layout. The flower arranging workshops teach you the techniques a florist would use to make beautiful bouquets or wonderful displays and Christmas wreaths. What better way to feel creative than by being in some of the most inspiring places in the South West such as Bowood House and Gardens , Westonbirt Arboretum and The Walled Garden at Mells. And you’ll have plenty of time to explore them afterwards as our Workshops are half day or short full days – perfect for fitting around our busy lives. Everything for your chosen workshop is included, such as a drawing kit or flowers, foliage and equipment. Suitable for all levels of experience, simply join me and a maximum of 10 others, where I’ll first show you what to do before you have a go yourself, giving you all the time and space to let your creativity grow.

This is to allow staff the time to ensure continuity for others and fill empty spaces. Catch Up Lessons Catch up weeks are reserve weeks at the end of term that we use in the event of a session being cancelled due to teacher illness or other distruption. Catch ups will be given in the following circumstances: FunKeys, Foundation, Creative, Kinetic: Catch ups are only given in the event of teacher cancellation Academy, Adult sessions: Catch ups can also be requested by a student, providing they have given at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, and only once per term. If a teacher cancels a lesson and cannot offer this back during catch up week, a refund will be offered for that session.

We provide a range of in-house courses in aesthetic medical practice for registered doctors, dentist and nurses as well as hosting reputable guest courses from external providers. Whether you are just starting out in your aesthetic medical career or you are an experienced practitioner, our training courses are designed with your needs in mind. Our emphasis on facial anatomy and hands-on training means you will get the best chance of moving forward to confidently grow your practice. At the Aesthetic Training Academy, we don’t believe in a paint by numbers approach to injecting. We are passionate in providing our delegates with an understanding on how facial features interact with one another to allow you to treat each of your patients on an individual basis. The Aesthetic Training Academy is the first and only training academy registered with Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS). We are working together with HIS to improve standards and provide better quality care within aesthetic medicine. Getting Started in Aesthetic Medicine We recommend if you are new to aesthetic medicine you begin with our Getting Started in Aesthetic Medicine course. This is a 2-day course in which we spend one full day covering Botulinum Toxin treatments to the forehead, frown and crows feet areas and a second-day covering dermal filler enhancement of lips and reduction of nasolabial and mesolabial folds with dermal filler. We believe a 1-day fast track course simply does not give delegates enough time to feel confident in performing these aesthetic procedures otherwise. We are aware that it may have been some time since delegates have studied facial anatomy and physiology so we spend a portion of the day recapping this too and can recommend pre-course reading materials. Facial assessment is a key section of all of our training courses.
