Welcome to Whitesands Equestrian. Whitesands is the UK’s first Centre of
Légèreté and is a beautiful, quiet, purpose built yard set in a stunning East
Lothian coastal location just off the A1 near Dunbar. It has direct access to
the beach, miles of off road hacking in the surrounding countryside and 20 acres
of well fenced paddocks on well drained sandy soil. We have a holistic approach
to caring for horses and the yard is run according to ethical, classical
principles. Everyone on the yard is here because of their shared interest in
doing the best for their horse and we pride ourselves on our welcoming,
