MF Fitness was established in 2013 by Melissa, a busy mum of two children, who is passionate about helping clients become a healthier and happier version of themselves through exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Fitness has always been part of her life, starting dancing from a young age, training before, during and after both of her pregnancies which all made her see the benefits of keeping fit, healthy and active. Mel became a Personal Trainer so she could help and show people that it is possible to lead a healthy life. She wanted to share the enjoyment of exercising for a healthy body and mind with others. It’s great watching clients work hard throughout their sessions and giving them the opportunity to push themselves to make their goals reality.
