didi rugby has been devised to get young children active and to teach them new skills while having fun in a safe environment. Classes have been designed by former England Women’s international Vicky Macqueen and are aimed at kids in three separate age groups from 18 months to six years old. These age ranges offer flexible boundaries and are based on each child’s ability and confidence as opposed to a strict age structure. We want to make every child comfortable and the programme they enjoy personal to each one of them. didi rugby will help your child get physically active, teach them new skills and improve their co-ordination, speed and balance. They will also help them learn social skills while having lots of fun in a positive, safe and friendly environment. Children take part in active and fun-filled sessions which encourage positivity, team play, respect and sportsmanship. Instilling these values early on in life has proven to enhance our future sportsmen and women and encourage a life-long participation in physical activity. At this age group, parents and carers are required to engage with and support their child and to encourage them to take part in activities which will give them a great start to life in the didi family.

Eloise Schoeman is Fine Artist specializing in realist painting. Born in Bristol, United Kingdom but has lived in South Africa from 2008 until recently. She studied Fine Arts at Tshwane University of Technology where she was mentored by the renowned Dr Jan van der Merwe. After completing her degree Eloise relocated to Plymouth, United Kingdom to complete her Masters in Painting at the Arts University Plymouth. From the beginning, Eloise has seen a clear link between her photography and painting, the one not being complete without the other. In her practice, she starts by taking photographs of scenes or moments that feel familiar to her and then through the editing process she manipulates the images into compositions. Her final stage of editing a photograph is painting the work, in this way she dissects the colours, tones and details, considering where to put emphasis or lack thereof. She creates her artworks on large scale canvas using acrylic which allows her to create works fast and not overanalyze her instinctive decisions. The scale of the artworks is purposeful; Eloise wants her paintings to be immersive.

I originally trained as a painter but instantly fell in love with the art of mosaics when I was first introduced to it about 20 years ago, and I haven’t looked back since! I make bespoke mosaics for public and private clients and have undertaken diverse commissions including wall art for colleges and hospitals, and numerous domestic commissions for floors, kitchens, tables and mirrors etc. Inspired by diverse subject matter including African textiles, Moroccan pattern, Italian church floors, the crown jewels and hot red chilli peppers, I thrive on each new piece of work being unique. I have run school workshops and mosaic parties for large groups of families and people of all ages. When working to commission I will initially come and meet you to discuss the work and to see where it is to be installed. It’s helpful if you can tell me what you are looking for and show any reference matter such as pictures, photographs or artwork that reflect your design style. I will be able to show you a range of materials and colours to help guide your choice.
