I am a caring and patient qualified Primary Teacher with over 7 years classroom experience. I have worked with a wide range of students including those with special educational needs. I have been tutoring since 2018 originally both Face to Face and Online, but since March 2020 I now offer online tuition only which I have found to be most effective for students of all ages. I offer bespoke lessons, always tailoring the level of work covered to the individual student’s needs and interests. To develop both their self-confidence and attainment levels. I really enjoy helping my students reach their potential. I can offer 1:1 and group tuition online using zoom and bitpaper (click here for more information) according to my clients needs. Offering tuition in the following subjects for ages 4 – 12 yrs (EYFS – Year 6 & Year 7): Maths English (Phonics, Reading, Handwriting, Creative Writing and SPAG) Science I also offer Test Preparation for: Year 1 – Phonics screening Year 4 – Time Tables Year 2 and Year 6 – KS1 & KS2 SATs – for Year 2 and Year 6 Focusing on exam technique, building confidence and covering any areas of the Maths and English curriculum required to enable the child to complete SATs confidently. I can also offer Transition to Secondary School Tuition – for children who lack confidence or have gaps in their learning from their time in Year 6, to enable them to reach their potential in Year 7.

Lilyput Lane is a cute, child sized street perfect for role playing and imaginative play. The ‘Lane’ has a police station, house, beauty salon, café, shop, vet and doctors surgeries. All rooms are fully equipped with related toys so children can embrace each theme. In addition to the ‘Lane’ there is a child size road complete with road signs and traffic lights where children can ride on our number of different vehicles. There is also a train table where children can build their own train tracks to play with and a car table where they are able to drive the toy cars. A construction area is also provided with bricks and tools to play with and dress up area where children could be anything from a princess to a superhero. We also provide a designated baby area with plenty of baby toys and a lovely calm area with cushions to lie on and books to read. We have a small craft room where crafts will always be available to do and a lovely big display wall where our budding artists can display their work ! For the parents/carers there is a lovely café area where you can relax with a cuppa and bite to eat in the knowledge your child has a safe environment in which to play. Based in Stockton-On-Tees, Cultures CIC works with individuals and groups from BME, migrant and Refugee communities to improve social, economic and cultural inclusion and build social cohesion. The company is involved in a number of long and short term community projects across the following themes: Improve employability; Promote equality; Break down barriers; Improve access to services and; Delivering cultural awareness raising seminars and conferences. Since 2007 Cultures has become a valued community resource and has established its credibility as a public service provider for out-sourced service provision. We have also been very successful in delivering a number of other projects for job Centre Plus, Learning & Skills Council and Stockton Borough Council via the Five Lamps Organisation and The Taste of Africa event, which is now considered a regional event with an increasing audience, attracting people from as far as London. We understand the difficulties faced by migrants when they migrate to another country and through our services we aim to help them understand the new culture and way of living, the public service structure and their rights and responsibilites. Our aim is to cradle you with support to empower you in your parenting journey.Meet Emily I am a registered Children’s nurse and a specialist community public health nurse. I have worked in a variety of nursing settings since qualifying in 2010. I now have 3 children aged 4 years and under! Whilst sat feeling lonely and bored at a baby group in what appeared to be some old town hall I started to question things. This wasn’t me and there must be something better. I consider myself to be very friendly, approachable, and bubbly. I really enjoy socialising with my friends and now due to one thing or another my best friends are placed across the country! We meet every month or so and support each other. We share stories, including the wins and fails of motherhood. Or sometimes it’s nice to not always talk about being a mum! Being a nurse and having my professional knowledge and experience friends would sometimes reach out to me for advice. The Cradle Club was developed with all this in mind and offers as little or as much as you want from it. From just wanting a coffee somewhere nice with other mums, to bespoke professional support and guidance. While Emily is both a Registered Children’s Nurse and Health Visitor and as such, adheres to the NMC’s revalidation requirements, she will not be acting as a registered nurse during her work with The Cradle Club.

One thing I can be sure of, I absolutely love supporting people to get the most out of themselves. I hold an advanced certificate in executive coaching along with many other training courses. I am also a qualified Social Worker. I have a background of over 18 years in children's social care, with over 10 years of those as a Social Worker, and manager. I've worked with 100s of people who have struggled in their lives in some way shape or form. I'm a straight-talking coach, kind and empathetic, but not here to be a friend. I am not a mentor, this means that I do not profess to be an expert in anything, I am however very knowledgeable and skilful in asking powerful questions and provide my clients with the thinking space they need to think something they have never thought before. I've always had a love for paper products - buying a new diary was the hightlight of my school year and scraps of wrapping paper, sticker sheets, and vicotorian die cuts were treasured in old shoeboxes to reuse some day. I've always been drawn to kitschy imagery, glittery ephemera and colourful, quirky illustrations - looking back at my younger self, I can totally see why I do what I now do! After years of working in the corporate environment I decided to chase my bigger dream - running gooseglitters fulltime and show the world what beauty we can find in those old, vintage papers. It has become my mission to save as many secondhand books as I possibly can so you can often find me wondering around carboot sales and flea markets. Making new art from these old, used, sometimes ripped and stained, scribbled on, gorgeous papers makes me truly happy. Reusing and repurposing what is already with us and celebrating the life these books have lived, the conversations they've been part off, the households they've lived in: I seriously believe they need to be seen again. What makes me almost happier than creating collages myself is introducing others to this beautiful craft - have a look on my workshop page for more information. The QIDTI Association was founded by John Rogerson and his International Associates to recognise Instructors around the world who have demonstrated the requisite level of professional instructing and or advising skill, personal expertise and understanding of canine training and behaviour The QIDTI Association works on a voluntary basis, encouraging all Instructors to gain the international standard set by the QIDTI Award. The RCDTBP was officially founded to hold and manage the registers of Signatories to the nationally agreed 'CAWC Dog Behaviour & Training Code of Practice (2010). The CAWC Code was developed through a series of meetings organised by the Companion Animal Welfare Council (CAWC), following the publication of a national report on dog training & behaviour services in the UK (2008). The Code was agreed by the many industry dog training, behaviour and welfare groups concerned, as a workable document to regulate and improve canine services nationally, with the aim of uniting all individuals and industry organisations under it.

Cut Editions is a silk-screen printmaking studio specialising in the production of limited edition original artist prints. Established in 2017 by Ni and Ben Gooding, the print studio is based in The Cut Arts Centre, Halesworth, Suffolk. Originally a Victorian Maltings, the building is now home to a theatre, gallery, arts cinema and cafe and has a prestigious cultural programme. Situated on the ground floor, Cut Editions aims to collaborate with artists and designers who wish to make original prints. Artists do not have to have any previous knowledge or experience of the screen printing process. We are here to guide you through every stage. We will give as much or as little help and advice as required. We are able to make editions for artists or artists are welcome to book time in the studio in order to produce work for themselves under our technical supervision. Cut Editions offers screen printing courses and workshops aimed at beginners and the more experienced print-maker. Classes are small and designed to be enjoyable and affordable. Ben Gooding is an artist based in London. He has a 1st class Honours Degree in Fine Art (Printmaking) from the Cambridge School of Art and an MA in Fine Art from Central St. Martin's College of Art and Design. He has since been living and working in London. Alongside his own practice, he teaches printmaking at Camberwell College of Art and is a contributor to Saturation Point Projects.
