We have two beautiful large, mirrored studios and are located just 2 minutes from Cleckheaton Town centre. All staff are fully trained and incredibly passionate about teaching. Lessons are available in Musical Theatre (Singing, LAMDA Drama and Jazz), RAD Ballet, ISTD Modern, ISTD Tap, Commercial, Conditioning. We also have guest teachers on a regular basis therefore offering our students a range of styles and classes to develop their knowledge and skills further. We also offer our students plenty of opportunity to perform in our large productions as well as local community events and cabarets. Tumble Tots is a physical play programme. We offer classes where children can develop their physical skills of balance, agility, climbing and co-ordination, whilst at the same time stimulating their imagination, and developing their language and social skills. Our sessions are structured around the different ages and stages of a child's development, from 6 months to school age. Each week we combine fun, excitement and challenge in a safe and caring environment, with our unique equipment and team of specially trained coaches. Children have an enormous amount of natural energy and with proper help and guidance it can be channelled in the right direction. We believe that if we can start children on a healthy way of life early on then it will become a habit for the rest of their lives. Exercise should be about having fun and that’s exactly what Tumble Tots provides! My name is Helen Otto and I live in High Wycombe with my husband, twin 8-year-old daughters and our 4 year old son. I took over running Tumble Tots in Marlow, Maidenhead and Bourne End in June 2017. The girls had been going to Tumble Tots in Marlow for a couple of years and loved the classes. I’d been a Tumble Tot as a child, and had also been a competitive swimmer right up until my late teenage years, so doing something in sport really appealed to me. And I love working with kids. Seeing children grow in confidence and ability week after week is so rewarding. I'm lucky enough to be surrounded by a fab team of coaches who work their socks off to make our classes fun and challenging for our tots. Our Class Leaders are Jade, Jackie, Katie and myself. And our Coaches are Sarah, Lisa and Liz.

Our Anti Racist Superhero workshops are a creative and interactive way to develop young peoples understanding of allyship and the introductory terminology around racism. Focusing on allyship to allow a deeper understanding and acceptance of all around us. The workshop is filled with storytelling, creativity and of course our favourite book detective exercise, allowing young people to actively explore doing their own research and learning. Through exploring what racism is and what it means to be anti racist young people take part in a range of creative learning, developing a range of skills and of course team work! LITERARY LEADERS Our Literary Leaders programme blends the traditional book club environment to allow young people to explore stories that explore black history and culture, alongside the work of BIPOC exploring stories of all kinds. Through exploring various kinds of literature from fiction, non fiction, blogs, articles and more our Literary Leaders learn the tools for the five types of writing expository, descriptive, narrative persuasive and creative to ensure that all stories are head and express what they feel needs to be shared with their local and wider community. ANTI RACISM WORKSHOPS(Organisations, Staff, Teachers) Our anti racism workshops for community organisations and schools all start with an initial call to talk with your organisation lead or designated EDI lead to help tailor the workshop to where your school is at on it’s journey in inclusivity and allyship. Our workshops look at; The Protected Characteristics, Unconscious Bias and practical tools and frameworks that allow you to look at where growth is needed within your organisation and where to develop in becoming transformational when it comes to race equality and inclusivity in your organisation.

Brìgh (pronounced bree) is Scottish Gaelic and has several meanings including strength, essence, substance, energy, significance, moment, point and sense, all of which are so appropriate for the practise of Pilates. The fully equipped studio is a calm and inviting space where everyone is made to feel welcome and offers dedicated, specialised Pilates tuition from experienced qualified teachers. You can choose from a timetable of matwork classes and with small class sizes there’s plenty of personal attention. Karen also qualified from the Lolita's Legacy comprehensive teacher training programme and as such is a 3rd generation Pilates teacher. Lolita's Legacy is the teacher training programme of Lolita San Miguel, a 1st generation Pilates teacher and one of the Pilates 'Elders' who trained with Joseph Pilates. Karen also holds a specialist certification in pre-natal and post-natal Pilates and is a member of the Guild of Pregnancy and Postnatal Exercise Instructors. Hello there and thank you for stopping by my website. My name is Meg Brettell and I couldn’t be more excited about sharing my story and everything I know about health and fitness with you. Hopefully it will inspire and help you on your own fitness journey. Fitness has always been a part of my life. Both my parents were or had been in the fitness industry at some point and I grew up being a part of every sports team and club at school. Dancing was a large part of it and I went on to study professional stage dance at college after school. I had danced since I was 3 and It had always been my dream to be a dancer until I injured my back in my final year of tuition. So I taught dance and cheerleading to primary and secondary girls for a couple of years before it was back to the drawing board and with the love of health and fitness and wanting to help people,I went down the trainer path. I first done my exercise to music and my gym qualification then onto my Level 3 personal training certificate. In 2013 I was looking at bikini and fitness models and competitors online in America and said to my old man “I want to look like that!” And his response was “great, go do it.” Without any knowledge or experience in this field I set out to do my research. I started looking at shows, competitors, supplements, training, how to cut, how to bulk, stage tan, bikinis, shoes… the list was endless. I hadn’t thought about a coach before as didn’t know they existed then (now everyone and their gran seems to be one). My dad was a bodybuilder in his teens and early 20s so asked him for a little help. And by little he told me if I was looking okay or needed to be leaner. Very funny when I look back now.
