I have been teaching for nearly 6 years. For me yoga is about making time and
space for healing and healthy ageing. Trying to bring back our bodies to what it
was built for - everyday functional movement. Over time, the stresses and
strains of growing up/life causes tension, stiffness, injuries and aches.
Through yoga, we can try to re-align the body’s natural range and find a way to
move fully, with freedom and flow, from adult life through to later years.
